The package still has not reached me I have asked but the business is closed any package may have been retrieved by someone else but It never reached me and I contacted you before the package was shipped and there was nothing done checked tracking and it hadn't moved that was the purpose for calling spoke with Ups and they stated only the sender could change address with a phone call instead you chose not to do anything but brush it off not the kind of business I want or need

These are all excusesIf cancellations cannot be made, why did your customer service representative (***) email me asking for my confirmation that the order be cancelledConfirmation was provided and despite this you proceeded to ship out. This violates FTC guidelines which state that if a customer cancels an order prior to it being dispatched, the cancellation needs to be honoured
