In the terms and agreements within your wholesale account, cancellations cannot be made, as found on [redacted]. In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Your initial email sent stated that you ordered an item incorrectly, and at that time your order had already processed and shipped. We could not cancel it as explained. This seems to be the standard response on all of my complaints. I was charged for shipping via a courier service and this was not implemented as the package was sent via standard postal service 21 working days ago.if the package has not arrived by Friday [redacted] November (5 working days from now) I expect a full refund as a month is more than sufficient for delivery to take place.

Sorry you don't have a printer, if you refused it, the refund will process as soon as we get the return. If you did not return it yet or refuse it, please call or email support and they can mail you a label. Calling and emailing support is much faster than using the Revdex.com. Thank you.
