in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Citi did send a document to my residence offering a further investigation with no estimated conclusion date, along with a interim credit of $77.44 for 3 months of accrued charges (3 monthly payments and corresponding interest associated with those months).  It was also stated that Citi had taken over the ownership of the line of credit on September [redacted], 2013 (roughly 19 months ago to date).  As Citi states at the bottom of the document, they regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate my patience, therefore, I would greatly appreciate a full refund of, at the very least, the 19 months of charges for "Debt Protection" due back to an unsubscribed product along with the interest this has incurred.  I have also placed a formalized complaint the secondary company involved in this complaint history ([redacted], which provides the "Debt Protection") and have yet to hear anything in regards to a response yet.   Until the completion of the investigation (as stated in the document provided by Citi), there has been no actual resolution to this complaint.

able to add my other 2 citi credit cards under one profile. After spending hours and manu frustrating days; the rep offers me 5000 thank you points? This accommodation is beyond dissatisfaction. I want better accommodation.

We have responded directly to our customer.  If you would like to discuss the resolution you may contact our customer directly.

Thank you for your communication regarding [redacted]'s My [redacted] account. Due to privacy concerns we are unable to release customer information to the Revdex.com. We responded directly to the customer on April **, 2015.[redacted]Executive Response

We have responded to [redacted]'s additional concerns.  If you would like to further discuss this correspondence, may I suggest you contact him/her directly?

We previously responded to the customer on November **, December *, December **, and December **, 2014.  We are no longer responding to [redacted] and ask that he work directly with the merchant.

I do not have the paper responses from Citi Bank.  The responses said that they submitted to the credit agencies once a month. They did not respond when [redacted] inquired about the status of my loan. This is a standard business practice. This caused a delay in me getting my home refinanced. The delay was almost a full point in interest difference. This over a 30 year span (term of the loan) will be nearly $20,000. I dont really care about that because I am going to sell the house over the next few months, but otherwise the neglect of Citi Bank would have caused a serious financial burden. In addition to that, I missed out on purchasing a house I was very interested in. Long story short, they have not addressed the issue of them not responding directly to the credit agency's direct request for my credit information. This is a standard business practice and I have been wronged in their neglect. I just want someone to acknowledge that they have made a mistake and their actions have caused damage in an individual's life. I have received nothing that addressed the issues that I have brought up here. The only response I have received was "We report monthly." and "we consider this issue resolved". Nothing whatsoever that addresses the damage done.

Please find Citi's letter to us advising the Revdex.com that they had responded to you.
