BUYER BEWARE 1 star is FAR TO HIGH A RATING!!
These guys sell garbage at stupidly very very high prices. Everything they carry can be found at much better prices and far better quality at other sites around the web, they are a joke when it comes to quality and price! Shop elsewhere or get screwed! and end up rebuying elsewhere when it fails!

Anthony Lee one of the rudest, arrogant parts sales rep I had ever had the misfortune of spending money with.

Poor customer service
I have ordered thousands of dollars in parts from this company, they have been less than mediocre from the start but I was getting my parts but in no hurry. they sent me the wrong bumper about $100.00. I tried calling back for months no body answered so I gave it some time due to COVID I assumed. called back someone finally answered I showed them proof of the part being ordered right and proof of the wrong part # and wrong part being sent. I asked for them just to swap it out for correct part. they would not only give me an $8 discount on ordering a new one. I am currently trying to contact executives. seems they have no concerns for customers. other online parts stores have never done me this way.

I'm not sure what I need to do to clarify that statement, so I will provide more detail I drove the two hours round trip to Lares Corporation They remanufacture power steering control valves, along with other steering parts, and sell them new They told me they would not open up the valve to replace the part Another specific person I spoke with was H and H Automotive They told me if they opened the valve, they'd need new seals as well Additionally, the labor to do it would be about as much as buying a new one that was undamaged Is this the type of detail you're looking for?

The customer, or someone acting on behalf of the customer has ruined the item by sanding entirely too much This has been confirmed by the manufacturer of the item, as per the attached email There was no manufacturing flaw reported prior to the prep work.The item has been damaged due to improper prep and is now the responsibility of whomever has performed the workThere is no refund due from CJ Pony Parts

I ordered a complete floor pan for a mustang and when I got it in the car I found the passenger side front frame rail was twisted and inward tried to get the people at cj pony parts to send me a new one and they said to fix it my self and or live with itsay that there own shop doesn't like the welded floor pan they sold methey said they would rather buy all the pieces and weld it together them selfs than buy that junkthat was the quote I got from there manager edso beware of there product and customer service they don't back what they sell or at least didn't for me

While I understand that the customer is stating the unit arrived this way, all units are checked for leaks prior to CJ's even getting themThe fact that the pictures show that the fitting marks are there and very deep, is a tell tale sign that it was tightened down too hard, pushing that seat back, causing the damage
