the only record we have of contact regarding this order, was that you contacted us to inform that the packages arrived with signs of abuse and that you would notify us if any further assistance was neededthis is the first I've heard of the situation of fitment issueThis being said, understanding the issue you had with tying up a lift, it is difficult for me to understand what you though CJ Pony Parts could possibly do in this case except try to understand what the issue was and contact the manufacturer to see why it wasn't working on your applicationshort of magically flying another flexplate to your local shop, what else could we do within a two hour time frameI am not opposed to helping with the modification costs if you can get me a receiptas for the shop charges for tying up a lift, in the automotive industry, labor costs and so forth are never something that is covered when it comes to aftermarket replacement parts suppliersplease email the receipt, for the modifications to the part, to my email and I'll look into that for you [redacted] Thank you,Matt

I have ordered several times throughout the last year from CJ Pony Parts My first time ordering was a pleasant experience, as I received my items quickly - and they were exactly what I was looking for Subsequently, I've been left with a bad taste from their abysmal "customer service" and blatant advertising falasiesI recently ordered two items, which at the time, were listed as "in stock" One being a convertible top and the other being a chrome pemblem set To date, the convertible top has yet to come out of the "in process" queue despite it remaining as such for what will be it's second week When I contacted them on several occassions, no one had a direct answer on when the item was shipping nor were they willing to assist in any regardWhen I asked them directly what they were willing to do to keep me as a customer, they had no reply As far as I'm concerned, they no longer will receive my patronage - and will spread the word about them in my local Mustang community

again, in a sense, CJ's is paying for the return of what you are calling an incorrect unityou pay it up front, we reimburse itfor arguements sake, do you have a screen shot of this distributor that you say we had listed with a *** logo on it?

The customer originally purchased the part from CJs on 8/30. The customer contacted CJs regarding poor quality. It was determined the spoiler was as expected and required typical prep work as aftermarket fiberglass normally doesDespite this, we offered to replace the part for the
customer and even covered shipping back to CJs as well as shipping to the customer on the replacement part. The customer accepted this solution and was made aware of the prep that would be required on this itemOn 9/30, the customer contacted CJs again to report that the gel coat on the fiberglass was coming off in large chunks during prep. Pictures were requested and provided by the customer (pic 1, pic attached). Upon review of the pictures, it was determined by CJs that the customer, or whomever was performing the prep, had gone much, much too far with the sanding work on the item. prep work to aftermarket fiberglass requires only a scuffing of the gel coat (black layer) for proper primer adhesion. If you look at the attached image (pic 2), you can see the sanding went through the gel coat (black) and multiple layers of material (light gray/blue, white, dark gray) until portions of the actual fiberglass flaked away. The customer mistook the fiberglass material for the gel coat. The customer was informed of this, and because of it, the item was not returnable. The customer did not accept CJs answer, thus the Revdex.com complaint-CJs already replaced the spoiler once to the customer in good faith, with $out of pocket to the customer. This was done even though it was determined that there was nothing ababout the first item sent to the customer-The customer originally stated that the "shop" told him the gel coat is flaking or popping off during prep (see CJ Pony Parts Order.txt attached) but then his complaint states that the “shop” reports the fiberglass is crumbling. His story changed after CJs made him aware of the actual issue and what the “shop” had done by over sanding the item-To further cover our bases, the customer’s pictures were forwarded to the manufacturer, ***, whom agreed with CJs assessment of the over sanding problem (see Re *** attached)The item is not able to be returned or refunded due to negligence on the part of the customer or whomever is acting on the customer’s behalf

Hello, unfortunately, the way you were looking at the online screen was simply an assumption on your part and in no way says that you'll be receiving a gift card for $if you pay $again, that was an assumption on your part and it was simply a mistakeAs my Director of Marketing has
replied to your direct email to him, you can keep and use the $gift card as purchased or you can let us know that you no longer wish to have it, we'll void the card and issue you a full creditLet us know how you wish to proceed and we'll get you taken care of either way

understanding that you received the order confirmation showing that price, it was a pricing mistake, that per the disclosure, pricing can be changed at any time, without noticewe apologize, but the price was an error and has since been fixed to the corrected priceif you still wish to order the product, the $425.00 offer still stands

As I mentioned, the very first call regarding the problem is one I've listened to and my rep took your info and called you back after checking stockThere was the mention of us sending you a call tag but no pricing offer ever came upIf you are looking to place a future order, I am willing to offer you a discount on that but I can 100% honestly say that this phone # does not bring up any calls where there was a discount offered at all by any one of my reps
I did also ask for you to let me know if there were any other phone #'s that you may have called us from or we might have called you on

this customer was already given a return authorization number to return the item for full creditHe was also informed to return the item using US Mail and once here, CJ's will refund the return shipping chargesPretty cut and dry
