Clean As A Whistle

When we bought our Victorian home it had been vacant for several years. We contacted a pest company to eradicate a nest of yellow jackets in the siding as well as other pests. They were NO help. Then we contacted Russell's. They eradicated the well entrenched yellow jackets and carpenter bees.They have applied outside baits (ie. never come in contact with places the Grandkids would be) keeping our house pest free for several years now (spiders, ants, flies, roaches). Very happy! Our technician, Josh is very thorough and a pleasure to work with.

The technician (Dwayne) was very professional, friendly, and informative. He did thorough and efficient work. We have used Russell's Pest Control for 39 years and plan to continue relying on Russell's for all of our pest control needs.

Jim was our technician and did a fine job. He explained the process thouroughly and was professional in every way. He was pleasant and courteous and was an excellent representative of his company. I have been a customer of Russell's Pest Control for 13 years. They have always been very helpful and responsive to my requests. This past week Jim was extremely diligent in treating the perimeter of my house for potential pests. I mentioned a couple of recent ants inside the house, and he thought the exterior treatment should solve the problem. We also had an interesting conversation concerning sting bugs. My outside technician, Jim, is a pleasure to deal with.

I was very pleased with the service, politeness, knowledge and the communication skills that were displayed by the technician, Steve. Russell's currently only does the termite contract but after today I am going to start using them for pest control as well.

Sherry came to our new home in September for our first annual termite inspection to check the traps they installed a year ago after we built the new home. After a year I could not find the traps myself to make it easier for her but had no luck. Within minutes after arriving she explained how they find them, explained in detail how the traps work and what they look for, she then got under the house in the crawl space and thoroughly checked everything spending more then a half hour down there. So courteous, professional and thorough. We hope she is always our pest control technician.

We have used Russell's Pest Control for the past two years and have never been disappointment. The caliber of service is beyond anything you will receive from any other company. All the technician's are friendly and well trained. Russell's always goes above and beyond when they visit our home. Steve [redacted] was our technician yesterday for our annual termite inspection and he did a fabulous job. I will only use Russell's Pest Control for my pest problems.
