I just used Russell's Pest Control here in Knoxville TN and Jim the service technician was friendly, politely explained the whole process and was fast and efficient. I could not be happier with the service they provided!!!!

Russell's Pest Control does an excellent job. They cover our property thoroughly. Last time out Sherry explained stuff and treated our ants and even did caulking to help with the ant problem. She said if they returned to just call them back out.

We have had Rusells since 1990. Everyone of our Techs has been great to work with. They all pay attention to details during their inspections. Our current Tech, Mark P. has been great to work with. On time, focused, fun to communicate with and dependable over the last years. His help in between his normal inspections when we have called with a concern has really been appreciated. Thanks Mark for your SERVICE!

Russell technician Tony performed an ännual termite survey on 5/13/2016. This was Tonys first visit at our home and I was greatly impressed. Hope he continues to service us.
