Our technician was (and always has been) very respectful of me and my property. He arrives on time, gets the job done and asks if I have any problems. I appreciate (for a regular inspection)that he doesn't have to come into the house. For the termite inspection, he discovered a small water spot in my basement and made me aware of it. He is a very polite person and I am pleased with him and your company.

Russell's has provided termite coverage for our home for over 20 years. our yearly inspection was conducted on September 28 on schedule, courteously and efficiently, as always. He was professional and courteous. The price seems in line or cheaper than others, but the service would make up for any pricing concerns I had. Well worth it to call them.

From day one of our initial contact with Russell's it's been incredibly positive. They had the termite bond on the home we purchased. Not only did they cover the cost of the initial inspection, but transferring the bond into our name was effortless. Our first annual bill came due recently, and not only was it easy to pay over the phone, they scheduled our annual inspection and came out the very next day to take care of it. Extremely polite and professional serviceman (Steve *** showed up and upon completing the inspection, took some time to discuss moving some of our pods to facilitate our building of a patio. Being a new resident of East TN, and having purchased an older log cabin home on some acreage, I wanted to ensure all was sound and secure from a pest control stand-point. Aside from wood destroying pests, I wanted to protect my 3 dogs from the fleas/ticks/mosquitos while they enjoyed their new space to run as well. Jim came out and explained what was going to be done, how the treatment plan worked, and answered lots of questions I had! Being new to the area, this was an invaluable bonus to the exceptional service he provided me today. Jim was patient, professional and very thorough. If the rest of this company's staff/employees are this good, then I don't think you'll find a better pest control service!
