They provide a great product. It is trouble free. The technician was here last year which is a plus for me as he remembered my house and did not try to pet the dog.

I have had Russell's pest control for a couple years now and been very with them. They seem to care and trying very hard to make the customers happy. I had one of their technician name Janathan from knoxville Tn who did a great job treating inside and outside and took his time to even clean the spider webs around the house. I would strongly recommend this company.

I have been a customer of Russell's for approximately five years. When we moved to our new home, I called to set up service. Stacy was very helpful in getting our billing set up exactly as it was before. She also was able to get a technician out to our home the very next day. The technician, Jim, called me to say he would be early. Once he arrived, he was here for over an hour to make sure that he took care of everything on the exterior of the home. Very thorough!
