Home Trust LLC sends mailers to my house with alarming messages about they are trying to reach us and they want to buy our property--actually it is just addressed to my husband--and when I called and asked them not to send us any more mail they said there is another number I must call to get my address removed from their mailing lists That is not what I have read about here today I asked the guy who answered the phone to do it himself since he is the one answering the phone on the mailer and he got mad and said he cannot do it and hung up while I was talking After reading the reviews, and complaints on the Revdex.com website it appears that this direct marketing mailer cannot be stopped because they regularly mail to anyone in public records--unless everyone goes incognito with the public records they may be on, they will continue to receive these mailers even after jumping through hoops to get off the list I don't think that is right Otherwise we would get tons of mail the same way

I have repeatedly, since summer until Oct, requested ( through the email voice prompt menu) to be removed from this company's mailing list Still I continue to get these unwanted solicitations to sell my home The most recent requests were via the company phone system (designated menu option to cease receipt) on: 8/14, 9/and 10/of this year These dates correlate to when the mailings were received

You absolutely did what you said you would do I would absolutely work with you again All good

We have been in the process of organizing our family estate for a long time, and today everything is resolved and our house is sold We are happy to be moving on to our next chapter down South Steve came over to meet with us and see the house He was professional, arrived in a tucked in, logo, collard shirt He was respectful and explained the different options and how the HomeTrust process works We agreed on a fair price and here we are at close It's all gone as we expected HomeTrust and Kelly were so nice to work with, they kept in good contact We never wondered what was going on The numbers are just as we expected and the close was smooth with no surprises We had to leave a lot of stuff that we didn't want at the house and it was nice to not have to go through it all and take the time and effort to clear it HomeTrust really helped us out and we would recommend working with them They are the best!

I grew up in this houseIt was my mom's since I considered fixing it up myself, and I even watched YouTube videos and I think I could have replaced the roof, but luckily my wife and my sister talked me out of it It would have taken me so long to fix up and it wouldn't have made me enough money to make a difference and be worth the hassleI had about people come to try to buy it, contractors to fix it, everyone knew an agent who wanted to list it It was chaosAgents just tell you what you want to hear, but I know the neighborhood, I know where houses should be pricedEveryone that came through had a different storySome couple came in and planned to do all the work themselves, but I didn't feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing It's obvious you are the biggest and the bestYou can pay the fair price, and you really know what you're doing so things go smooth right up to the close And it did I didn't have much faith in this process At first I went with a different buyer who came in and offered more money and then came back with some story I just didn't trust him and I didn't want to work with himI'm happy I went with you guys insteadEveryone was professional and compassionate All the other buyers came within $of each other, and you were most presentable, in uniform You were good communicatorsYou weren't desperateYou gave me confidence that you knew what you are doingThe price was reasonable, and it was convenient to just take what we wanted I even left you an old floral sofa that we didn't needIt was a nice experience

I don't understand why people who have never worked with you guys don't just toss the junk mail like everyone else does Why knock a good company of good people they never even worked with!? They must not have much to do in life if they get so riled up by every ad they come across If they were smart, they would sell you their house instead of complaining!
