I picked HomeTrust to sell my house after doing a google search where I saw the good reviews It was an easy, straightforward process and I got a great price I worked with Bryan and Kelly and the communication was smooth at all times

We decided to call HomeTrust because I just looked you up Then I went here to the Revdex.com and researched, researched, researched! It looked good The only concern I had initially it was an out of state number, but it was a local company and here we are together in Colorado! We loved meeting the gentleman who came to the house and wrote our contract Just like they said, a few days later they gave us the green light call and we knew everything was set for close It helped to have the close happen when it was best for us

The property in Colorado requested by the company was sold by me years ago to another party The property has since been foreclosed upon and is now owned by an LLC, if one would only check the property records I have been receiving cards regarding this property in the other party's name at my address in Texas for several years I called the company several months ago and explained all this I was referred to another company who handles these mailings and could stop sending these notices That did not work, they still keep coming

Kelly is amazing, very personable and knows the business so well Andrew is great, very responsive and made this deal happen I will definitely recommend HomeTrust

This is our third purchase with HomeTrust and it went very smoothly The website is easy to navigate Most communication with via email and text with Kelly, who was very professional and responsive We are looking forward to this project and future projects as well
