Hello,The double charge you are showing is actually an authorization, meaning that the charge did not completeIf the funds are still being held by your financial institution please give them the code [redacted] This is an authorization release codeWe never received the funds, as they are still being held by the card so I have no way to refund themThat code should be able to get the card company to release the moneyThey should pay back the overdraft fees when they realize this was a double authorization and not at the fault of you, the customerPlease also let us know if there is any additional information we can provide to you!
