tooffer such products for sale on our website. We also sell some shippable products.  I was able tolocate the charges that went through ClickBank which were one charge for $6.95and two charges for $28 USD.  The order wasto the website http://www.truthaboutabs.com/fat-burning-kitchen.html, which is one  of our vendors.  At this time the orders have been refunded, sothe customer’s complaint is now resolved.   We have now sent the customer a copy of their refund confirmations tothe email address provided at the time of order. so the customer’s complaint is now resolved.

The total amount that ClickBank charged was $58.20 USD ($54.39 + $0.00 s&h + $3.81 tax). We have refunded that full amount. There was no misunderstanding on the phone. Is a stated that she could only refund the charge for 2/8/2018. I called back later and spoke with someone by the name of Rachael who gave me an authorization code and told me that my entire amount of $63.84 would be refunded so has this changed again? You did not have authorization to charge my card except for the initial purchase of the tactical flashlight. You charged me for a subscription I didn't authorize in hopes that I wouldn't catch it. Your business practices are unethical and should be investigated.

Hi [redacted], As I and Luke have both explained, ClickBank is not sending the emails. This is a separate person who promotes vendor's products that sends them. I do not have access to their list, nor does Luke, nor does ClickBank. We have a zero tolerance policy on Spam and if an affiliate is caught spamming we terminate their account. In order to locate the account I would need a copy of the email. ClickBank currently has over 150,000 affiliates. The email will contain a link that we can trace back to that persons account for termination. I will need examples of the emails.

Revdex.com, Clickbank refuses to acknowledge my complaint properly and is just passing the issue to . Please close this complaint as not being resolved with customer.  I am also shocked that this company has an A+ rating with so many customer complaints logged against them??????  Not happy with this company and will be sure to warn others not to deal with them as they clearly are crooks.

to offer such products for sale on our website.  We also sell some shippable products.   Mr. [redacted],   ClickBank has not been declining your purchase attempts, your card company has been declining the purchase attempts, this could be because you made a purchase on February 18th of this year with the same card that is now being declined and then charged it back on March 31st .   Unfortunately, even if your card company was not blocking your purchase attempts with ClickBank, due to your refund and chargeback history you would not be able to purchase through ClickBank any longer.    Best Regards,   Danae
