I am rejecting this response because:I have email correspondence (from Luke W.) of them receiving the spam that I have forwarded to them from their affiliates They were able to block the spam coming from them for a short period of time, however the spam still comes through and I have to keep asking them to stop They need to permanently ban our emails from receiving any emails from all of their affiliates as we are a company and have never registered to any listWe need them to completely ban all emails that contain *** or *** from their lists

Thank you for your feedback, all of your charges for the $15.96 have already been refunded, so I am unsure what you are asking for. As for the membership I did review the Vendors page and the information you would have gone through to place the order for the Free Flashlight and before you finish there is a message that states you are also signing up for a membership. It also states that you will have a recurring charge for the membership. Once again all charges for the $15.96 have already been refunded to the card you used for purchase.  Best Regards

If you do not feel the policies are fair; than I apologize but you also do not have to do business with ClickBank or accept your contract. Hello,Our Refund Policy is not a "Trial Period", it is a money back guarantee in case the product is defective. You purchase ten different items from ten different vendors, one being a physical food item that was shipped to you. You refunded every single purchase. ClickBank does reserve the right to refuse service to people who abuse our Refund Policy. I am rejecting this response because: a product was sold to me with a guarantee and I have not been provided with any means by which to resolve it. I never received any update from any company regarding the closure of this company nor can I find any indication that the original company was ever valid. I believe I was sold a faulty product due to this site's failure to properly vet the companies that they allow to sell on their platform.I have also continued to pursue this through this platform website's customer service and have been consistently told that there is a website and that they are working on it. Yet  the website they refer to is a [redacted] page listing the URL as available and no response is ever received given that the company does not exist.Also, given that the product was for a lifetime service, it seems erroneous to state that a refund cannot be given due to passage of time. I believe I was taken advantage of as a non technically savvy consumer and this company has done nothing to assist me but has instead been quite demeaning.

I am rejecting this response because: We go through this with your team every other week.  I know you have a zero spam policy and stop it when you report it. However we have to constantly report and police it and it costs us time and resources. Each time we get spam from their affiliates its hundreds to multiple email accounts on our two domains.  This costs us storage, resources and time to address.  This is just an ongoing issue we dont feel we need to constantly handle and they need to have a system in place to cross reference lists to avoid repeat issues from arising. We shouldnt have to deal with this every other week, its not fair to us and a complete waste of our time and resources.

ClickBank does not spam. If you have received an unsolicited email that advertises a product that uses ClickBank's payment services, it more than likely came from a third party affiliate. However, we do not manage or have access to any email lists that an affiliate may operate from, nor do we provide affiliates with any contact information for them to use in their promotions.
Spamming is a violation of our client agreement and we appreciate that you are helping us to eliminate spam content. In order to assist you I will first need you to forward a copy of the original spam message that you received (including headers) so that we can identify who sent you the message, and more effectively resolve the issue.
