Got my order quickly and I thought I bought the wrong size so I emailed them . I put the cartrage in and it fit. Received response quickly and I explainedci did not have to return item. Only issue I had was when opening first cartriage I got ink all over my hand.

I ordered a set of ink cartridges from them that do not work - my printer will not recognize. They will not respond to me when I try to resolve this.
I ordered a set of ink cartridges from this company a month ago. They would not work in my computer. I emailed them about it and got the following reply:

I have not been 'gotten back to'. I have contacted them two more times and have been ignored.

Desired Outcome

If this company cannot supply cartridges that will work I want my money refunded.

I am sorry that you have had difficulty getting these cartridges to work. We have done our best to help:
On July 16th we received the ticket (***) that you mentioned, and replied on the same day with a fix to get the printer to talk to the cartridges. We followed up on 20th asking if this had resolved the issue, but received no response. On 25th an automated reminder was sent informing you that we were awaiting a reply, and yesterday a final reminder was sent, informing you that the ticket would be closed if you did not respond.
Yesterday you opened another ticket (***) and we replied today.
Given the number of emails that we have sent you without a response, I believe it may be worth checking your spam folder. Once you have located the fix we sent you on July 16th, please try it and let me know if you are still having difficulty.
Your purchase is fully guaranteed and if we cannot get these cartridges working you will be able to return them for a full refund.

Upon reading the reply by Clickinks, I checked my spam folder. The emails were there-I should have checked that folder. I no longer have the printer, so will be unable to rest their instructions. Thank you for your assistance and my apologies to ClickInks.

I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and have been told I will be refunded 47.95 I paid through ***, but it has not been done. I ordered ink product for $224.01 on May 1, 2020. I have never received the product nor a reason for delay. After numerous calls and emails - nothing.
After several call and emails, Clickink has not returned my $224.01. I ordered ink product on May 1, 2020 and did not receive the product or an email explaining the delay. After speaking with an outsourced Budapest customer service agent, I was informed of the amount of time it would take to receive the product and the amount of time it would take for a refund (same amount of time) so I decided to wait a few more days to receive the product. Two weeks later no product. I send emails - no response. I call again, June 16, 2020 (I'm usually on hold for over an hour each time) This time I explain to the customer service person what has transpired. He explains that the order was sent to the vendor and was still on it's way. I immediately canceled the order. I patiently waited for my account to be credited - nothing. So I called again today, July 2, 2020. I try to explain the situation to the customer service and he immediately went into a sales pitch and actually told me to stop talking to do it. As a matter of fact he placed me on hold. I have currently been on hold for 56.29. I informed him that I wanted my money refunded to my account. He placed me on hold and never returned. I then searched for another number for Clinkink and called that number. That customer service agent also stated that he would request that I be refunded. I also made this complaint. I am now about to hang up the line from the initial call. It has been 1:05:55 of being on hold.

I can confirm that Joey (the second agent you spoke to) did cancel the order and request a refund - I've expedited that so it should be completed from our end in the next 24 hours. Neither Joey nor myself can identify the first person you reached, so I can only apologize for that experience.
It may take your card issuer a few days to complete the refund process, so please let me know if you have not received the full $224.01 in your account by early next week.

I am not pleased with the way this company handles their customers or the cavalier response as if they were on top of this issue. Implying it was just a simple mis-understanding. If a customer places an order and it's not available, informing the customer of the status would be the professional response. I appreciate them resolving this situation, however, I should not have to contact the Revdex.com to have my money returned. I will not be satisfied until my money is actually returned and I will never order from this company again.

Have not received product and they will not answer communications (online chat and email).
I ordered on June 10th. My payment cleared my bank on June 11th. I have still not received a shipping confirmation (site said 3-8 business days for delivery). My account still says processing. I have tried the online chat for 4 different days now. The person never comes online. The chat actually timed out on me twice despite saying I was number 1 in the queue. I emailed them as well and have never received a response. I ordered Brother*** Color Original Extra High Capacity Ink Cartridge Multipack-3pack and Brother*** Black Original Super High Capacity Ink Cartridge. My order was 146.65 order number ***.

I ordered 10 cartridges that said were compatible with my printer. None of them work. I emailed support multiple times and never received a response.
I purchased 5 black 952 XL cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 8720. I also purchased 5 color cartridges that say on the packaging "For Use With: HP OFFICEJET PRO 8720." My printer will not accept any of these.

On May 30, 2020 I submitted a request for help (***). Never received a response.

On June 11, 2020 I responded to spam email from [email protected] and I received an automatic response with a new request number of (***). No response.

On June 18, 2020 I replied to the email request (***) as it said to do and still never received a response.

Today, June 28, 2020 I responded to spam email from [email protected] and I received an automatic response with a new request number of ***).

I received an email asking for Feedback, but when I leave my review, it is unable to submit as it says "The product id may not be greater than 32 characters."

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate a refund rather than a replacement as out of all these cartridges, none are working so I do not have faith that a replacement of any type will either.

I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulty contacting us - there is currently a significant delay in responding to people who have opened multiple tickets for the same issue.
In these circumstances we would usually offer a quick fix solution to what is a common problem with HP printers (relating to firmware updates to the printer) but since you have requested a refund we will process this.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the full refund to be completed from our end, and a further 2-3 days for your card issuer to apply the credit to your account.

I placed an order for some ink cartridges. Order *** on May 25,2020. I have not received them.
On May 25,2020 I placed an order for Epson ink cartridges (212XL). Order ***. I have never heard anything from Clinkinks at all since order was placed. I tried calling them and makes no difference if you wait 10 minutes or 1 hour on the phone they never pick up to help you. I attempted to use their chat option but it doesn't work. If I can't get thru in another week or so I will have no other option but to dispute the charge.

I would like the ink cartridges I ordered or my card refunded the amount I paid $33.91.

I will accept that they are willing to give me a full refund. I never received an automated email from them just to let them know.

Bought printer ink and they charged my credit card and never received order.

Never got my order or response and asked for a a refund which I have yet to receive .. Do not oder from this companyð??¡

I ordered ink on May 1st in the amount of $54.85. The money has been charged to my credit card but I have not received the ink.
I ordered ink on May 1, 2020 in the amount of $54.85. The order number was ***. My credit card was charged but I have not received my ink yet. I have emailed them twice with nothing but an automatic reply once. I also attempted to reach them by phone twiced. Both times I was waiting on someone to pick up for over 30 minutes. I would like my ink within a week or my money back.

Unlike the reports I have read on this website, I have not had an issue ordering from Clickinks.com before. However, I am now. Also, close to the date I ordered this ink my Discover card was hacked and someone made purchases on Amazon Market Place. I hope the two are not related but I thought I better mention it.

They never send me anything.
this company is a fraud
I bought ink for my printer from this company and they never sent me the tracking number, never answered my calls, I could never register or sign in on their page, it was very impossible to contact them, they never sent me anything, I had to call my bank and make the reverse payment.
I recommend you this "don't buy anything from this ClickInks"

There seems to be a little confusion over this order. I see that you replied to our shipping confirmation (that included the tracking number) informing us that you had not placed the order and instructing us not to ship it. Obviously it was too late for us to act on that instruction, and the order was subsequently delivered to the front desk at St Anne's on May 2nd.
It may not have made it to your room, as the room number was not included in the address you originally gave us.
Is it possible for you to check with the front desk, since USPS have confirmed that the package was left there?

Received a new advertisement for new orders from this company and instructed to contact [email protected] for assistance. Sent my email to her in hopes I would get a response on 6-5 and no response. Luckily my order was small for Crayola sidewalk assorted color chalk 2-48 count boxs but I would like a complete refund to my credit card for $21.85.

I am sorry that you did not receive your order. I have approved a full refund, but our accounts team have informed me that this transaction is now subject to the chargeback process that you initiated with your card issuer, so they cannot refund as normal.
You will still receive a full refund, but it may take longer - a chargeback can take up to 75 days to resolve depending on the card issuer, but it's unusual for it to take more than 10 days.

Made large order few monts ago. Pd. for it. They did not send. I then cancelled. Now have 6 wks of them saying refund coming. No refund issued.

Order #***. April 17, 2020. $90.32. Supervisor "Mike" , through phone agent "Gabriel", has twice, over the past three weeks, stated refund forthcoming and he would direct call me. Have not heard a word, no calls to me and zero refund. Additionally, when this order went unfulfilled for nearly a month, when it was paid to be shipped within 4 days; ClickInks sent zero notice to me that they had issues and provided zero customer contact. It took 2 weeks, on my part to track the problem down (out of stock/backordered). Also took 2 trys to them have them cancel and issue refund request. Bottom line here is that NEVER, at any time, after holding nearly $100 of my good funds, has this "business" even bothered to contact by email, text or phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. The information in the shipping confirmation email is correct, and having checked the tracking number (which works just fine on both USPS and DHL websites) I can see that it appears to be lost in transit.
Unfortunately we were unaware of the status until you emailed us over the weekend. We could have resolved this by email, but it appears that you re-queued your query yesterday so it has yet to be picked up by one of our agents.
