purchased by mail a full replacement for HP8600 plus. I replaced the ink cartridges,they would not work in the HP8600 Office Jet as advertised.

CONTACT BUSINESS AN REQUIRE THEM TO REFUND ON PRODUCTS THEY CLAIM THAT WORK WHEN THEY DO NOT, I HAVE GIVEN A CC FOR REFUND

Hi E,
It's likely that you've encountered the firmware update that HP issued in late 2016 - this stopped a number of existing cartridges from working and was widely reported in the media at the time. The fix was published on their site, but not advertised - you need to know where to look.
I don't see any record of you having contacted us regarding this matter, so I can't tell if you're aware of the fix. If you'd like me to send you a link to the relevant page, please let me know.
Since you have requested a refund however, I have emailed you a shipping label to return the order (just ignore that if you'd prefer to resolve the issue by getting the cartridges working). The RMA# to write on the front is RM-CI100031065.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund to your card - the original purchase was too long ago to be reversed. I can either send the money to your PayPal account if you have one, or mail you a check. If the PayPal option (the quickest solution) is the best for you, please let me know the email address associated with your PayPal account. Otherwise, please confirm your mailing address for the check.
When we have the cartridges back, we'll be able to process a refund by the method you select.

Searched online to order new ink cartages for the brand new copy machine that was purchased. Found that Clinkinks was the lowest price. Noticed that they had a 4.5 star rating so went ahead and purchased the toner. That was almost a month ago. Still have not received it. Reached out to the customer service link and they did get back to me within 24 hours. However, nothing was resolved, and was never informed that there was a back order for the toner until after contacting customer service. No accomadations were offered. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, in fact, the only offer that was made after this gross error was that we could get the money back. At this point, waiting another week, was fine. A week was all the time that could be waited. That was a week ago. Still no toner. Was informed today that we need to wait longer even though we were expecting delivery tomorrow. Absolutely frustrating situation!!! I would never order from this company again. Find a different company to buy toner from because this company is awful.

I have ordered from ClickIncs.com for many years. They have gone out of their way to answer my questions when I called. They have actually bent over backwards to help me. I keep them as a favorite on my desktop. Orders are promptly filled and shipped. Prices are very reasonable.

Click Inks should be avoided at all costs. Their quality is terrible and their customer service is non existant

I paid $126.68 for remanufactured Dell printer cartridges and they didn't work. I returned the cartridges and no refund was processed after 2+ weeks.
On Aug 24, I ordered 2 x 3 x Black Dell M4640 and 2 x Color Dell M4646 (Remanufactured)from Click Links. The cartridges cuased errros on my printer and failed to print properly. In Sep and Oct I contacted customer service several times and tried the resolution techniques they proved to no avail. On Nov 6, I requested info to obtain refund and they told me to return the cartridges using a prepaid label they provided me. I contacted Clcik Links via chat on 14 Nov to obtain status on my refund and they said the cartridges hadn't been received yet (mailed from Texas to Florida). I followed up today via chat (22 Nov) and was told the cartridges still haven't arrived. Between the issues with the cartridges not working and now the unnecessary delays in obtaining my refund, this company has seriously failed in customer service and I want others to know so they won't endure the same problems.

Refund of my purchase price.

I ordered printing ink on Oct 18th with a expected 3 day delivery. It is now Nov 3rd and I have not received my order.
I placed an order on Oct. 18th for Brother original high capacity ink - 2 pack. I paid by credit card $48.95. Oct. 31st I called to find out why I had not received my ink. I was told that when I placed the order they were out of stock and that I should receive it by Nov. 3rd. It is now Nov 4th and I have not received my order. I was told that it was shipped out the 27th of October, obviously a lie. I asked for a supervisor and he told me that there was nothing he could do and that I should receive it by Nov. 3rd. I have had to go out to buy more ink because I had to print. I explained that to the supervisor and he said all he could do is apologize for the inconvenience. This is bad business practices. At the time of my order they were out of stock. I was not informed. They took my money and did not tell me the delivery would not be as expected. I did not find out until I called them. As a result I choose not to do business with a company with bad business practices. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and having to go out to buy more ink.

Desired Outcome

I expect to be compensated for my having to purchase ink to print an important document. I told the supervisor that I had to go to a store to purchase ink. I told the supervisor that I felt I should be given a refund for my inconvenience. He told me that he would be able to give me a discount for a future purchase not a refund.

I have nothing but great things to say about Click Inks...I took a chance and ordered their brand. Which outlasted my normal Brand item my family was so impressed. Not only did their brand outlast and was easy to install the shipping was fast. We are a family of four, my son and daughter do their school work on laptops and I am the marketing director for the PTA; so printing is a must!!

Customer service really help me they were very patient with my order I got my order in a timely matter

Buyer Beware.......When a couple of the ink cartridges would not work, I went through all the troubleshooting steps. I sent back using the RMA provided asking for a replacement of about $25 worth of ink. ClickInks claimed they near received and adamantly refused to replace. I did not have any documentation from the post office as I just dropped off the postage paid envelope/box. Fortunately, my credit card company reimbursed me as a courtesy. So Buyer Beware, you must document everything carefully and ask for some sort of postage return documentation if you have to send anything back. I would have continued to be a very good customer if they would have helped me with the couple of cartridges I needed to send back. Many other ink replacement options are now available.

I am sorry that we were not able to replace the cartridges that we did not receive back. While it is standard practise for the sender to assume responsibility for delivery (as we would if we had been shipping to you) it is possible for us to process replacements should we never receive the return. However, this can only be done after sufficient time has passed to ensure that the package is not being returned to sender as undelivered. This is why we asked if you had any documentation that could have given an indication of where the package was, as it could have enabled us to take action sooner.
Unfortunately, if a chargeback is filed during this time, such courtesy replacements are no longer possible.
Once again, please allow me to apologize for the experience that you have had, and I hope that this has clarified why we were not able to issue replacements as quickly as we usually would.

I ordered from Clickinks.com in 2012. I received all the items I ordered without delay or exception. I have been using the inks and toners since that time and have experienced no problems whatsoever with the products.
From my contact with Clickinks via online order, I am completely satisfied with the order, service (no additional contact needed), and the products. I will certainly reorder from clickinks.com in the future assuming they keep their competitive position. I was offered a $5 coupon to submit a review. That offer did not influence my opinion of clinklinks.com but is appreciated anyway.

I have ordered different brands and models of ink and toner and have never been disappointed. It has been awhile since I ordered but feel that this order will be satisfactory
