We're so glad we have a maintenance agreement with Climate Pro! Their technician, [redacted], was here for a routine check up for our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He thoroughly checked the unit and did what was needed. We expect to save money on our electric bill as a result and know that we will be breathing cleaner air!

They will work with you to ensure the job is done correctly & you are completely satisfied. I had the 59.00 tune up done today and they show me a viedo of a leaking coil in unit. Then tell me I have two options $4,500.00 3yr warranty or $5,560.00 10 yr warranty and if I did not do this my condenser would get worn out. I had it checked by another company and I have no leak!

They are always willing to answer any questions that may arise and describe what is being done. They also help with any recommendation and will tell you in easy terms. [redacted] the tech who came out today for a maintenance check, was extremely helpful to us and knowledgeable and explained everything. Our mother recently passed away and my sister and I are now responsible for the home, and it's good to know we have someone looking out for us who we feel very comfortable with and trust. Climate pro is very courteous and prompt with no nonsense everything explained and all options laid out for you to decide. Our tech was [redacted] who did the scheduled maintenance and also happily looked after a couple of very minor issues.

My air conditioner unit is several years old and recently stopped working on one of our first 100 degree day this Summer. I had called a different A/C company that ended up being very dishonest and insisted that I needed a $5,000 "brand NEW A/C unit" right away!

I then decided to call CLIMATE PRO for a 2nd opinion and I am SO GLAD I DID! The technician was EXTREMELY professional and informed me that, although my A/C unit is older, it did NOT need to be replaced immediately-- and he was able to fix the problem for $160!

I am VERY PLEASED with Climate Pro and decided to sign on with their warranty plan as well-- which I felt was very reasonably priced.

We had a problem with our heating unit. We called climate Pro and had a nice polite young man named [redacted] service our unit. [redacted] was a great service person, very knowledgeable in every aspect of our issues. We were very much satisfied with his service.

We have been customers of Climate Pro for approximately two years now and have thus far had quite good service. Most recently we had some minor difficulties scheduling an appointment for our semi-annual AC inspection. After a few delays in getting a repairman scheduled, we were fortunate enough to get [redacted].

I have to say we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of system repair. I felt both confident and comfortable speaking to [redacted] about our needs. I would say on a scale of 1-10 [redacted] hit all the marks and in my book and scored a 9.5. Prompt service and fair pricing. Service tech was [redacted]. and he was very detailed in his explanation of the service review.

[redacted] was so good at explaining the information that we needed to know. We contacted the company who put the unit in and they gave me a service quote, but could not give us an hourly quote. The service man in general was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We have a house that is less than 3 years old and the pipe in the attic was leaking Freon and leaking into the insulation

I have received help from Climate Pro since 2009. I purchased my AC/heater unit from Climate Pro in October 2010. I have had regular check ups and have had information explained to me in each visit in detail when I needed to understand things unfamiliar to me. The techs took their time and never made me feel like they were in a hurry, even when I knew they had lots of calls to reach. It’s as if I as a customer am all that matters at that moment of their visit. I am thankful for their gold club which gives great perks and insures I am well taken care of. They are diligent at setting the routine calls to tell me it’s time to schedule the free gold club check up and believe me – it’s helpful to get these reminder calls. and the hours they are able to schedule for a very busy person as I am - wow they really go out of their way. I can call to ask a how-to question on my unit and they find out the answer right away. I have recommended Climate Pro to all my friends that have discussed their own home issues. I will continue to do so – I love Climate Pro! Recently the tech Brendan made an accommodation that saved me hundreds of dollars and I keep having similar experiences with this company.
