My business with climate pro has been nothing but STELLER !!! this is the best company I've found by far... they recognized me when I called though it had been awhile (since they had done a great job before)... they have worked with us in multiple ways to make sure we had our air fixed fast and affordably... I am disabled and get sick quite easily from the heat... they were hear well within a reasonable amount of time and performed with kindness and respect for us as individuals , people in need , and consumers... after the work was finished and we had a cool night I was called back to make sure everything was well and up to par with their usual work.... very personable... for anyone looking for a company with integrity and skill I recommend them 100% and while they are in business which I hope is at least the next 100 years I will ALWAYS USE THEM FOR OUR COOLING / HEATING NEEDS ... thank you for being there in our hour of need ... you're an answer to our prayers...

After I contacted Climate Pro a technician was at my house within the hour. I was impressed with how timely they responded. After showing the technician the AC location I watched as the tech diagnosed the AC unit. He quickly found the problem.

Not only was the service from Climate Pro timely, the price for repairs and service was very reasonable. I now keep the Climate Pro magnet on my refrigerator for all future calls. Climate Pro is impressive and has won my business.

Climate pro is very courteous and prompt with no nonsense everything explained and all options laid out for you to decide. Our tech was [redacted] who did the scheduled maintenance and also happily looked after a couple of very minor issues.

[redacted] was here earlier today and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, courteous and professional young man to help me on the road to a new unit for my park model home. Did a great job of explaining the why's and wherefor's of what I was going to need- sooner rather than later. Just wished everyone I do business with was as professional and helpful .

[redacted]. was just at my residence for my 1st time 6 month check and I highly praise this employee. He was so helpful and went beyond what was required and explained what was going on and what need to be done.

[redacted] was so good at explaining the information that we needed to know. We contacted the company who put the unit in and they gave me a service quote, but could not give us an hourly quote. The service man in general was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We have a house that is less than 3 years old and the pipe in the attic was leaking Freon and leaking into the insulation

I had a very pleasant experience with the service call from Climate Pro LLC. The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He explained everything and made sure I was understanding all that was said. During the service call I actually recommended them to a friend and will definitely recommend and use them again.

We had them come in for a routing AC maintenance, then they started to me every week and ask when they can come in and do more work again. I repeatedly declined and ask not to call. However, they still keep calling me. I blocked it with my cell carrier but then they change the calling number and keep calling again.

[redacted]. not only explained what he was going to do but when he found an issue in my attic he actually took the time to draw a diagram and explain it to me. He further explained what/how the system was suppose to work as opposed to how it was actually running. He informed me that I needed to replace my UV light. Excellent customer service.

We have had Climate Pro Air Conditioning & Heating coming out to our house for several years. All the various techs and others have always been very curteous, friendly and nice. They are always willing to answer any questions that may arise and describe what is being done. They also help with any recommendation and will tell you in easy terms. I would like to thank [redacted], the latest person from them to come out, to check out system. He was very nice, friendly, curteous and helpful. He described what was to be done in easy ways.
