Climate Pro Air Conditioning & Heating

This is to recommend Climate Pro to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service. [redacted] the tech who came out today for a maintenance check, was extremely helpful to us and knowledgeable and explained everything. Our mother recently passed away and my sister and I are now responsible for the home, and it's good to know we have someone looking out for us who we feel very comfortable with and trust. That is very important to us. Climate Pro is highly recommended, and [redacted] is great! Thank you.

The integrity of the people who work for this company are of the highest standard. I've been a member of their club for the past three years. They have serviced my air conditioner and recently installed a new unit. I would recommend this company with highest rating possible. The tech's who do the work are always pleasant, professional, and always patient in meeting the needs of the customer. Contacting their office is a pure pleasure. The customer is first with this company and they do not hesitate to bring a smile to your face.

Climate Pro is a company that is well run and filled with professional people. I was treated well and given knowledge about the problem I was having with my AC unit.

I would recommend to anyone spending as much money as an AC/air handler/vent work costs, to do due diligence and get at least three different quotes. Goodman offers an excellent warranty that includes 10 years parts, compressor, and ;labor. Check it our before signing with any install company. After spending 6 hours on research my conclusion is this: you will get good service and honest service from climate pro but there are much better deals out there from reputable honest people. You just have to work at it. I saved $3800 by not going with climate Pro's quote of $10800 and got a better warranty. So my research time came out to over $500 and hour saved. You will be treated right by Climate pro but you will pay a premium. In defense of climate pro, I did sign a contract two hours into the process and reconsidered the next morning asking them to send my deposit back.Obviously, they have an excellent sales staff because I never sign contracts without major research. They did oblige me and returned $1379 of my $1600 deposit without fighting my contract duty which shows the honesty of the company. This review isn't an indictment against company integrity but company pricing. Check out wholesale costs on AC/air handler and venting material. You can get the Goodman warranty for around $700. Then subtract those costs from $10800. Even with labor costs there is a significant return to the company.

Climate Pro is great to do business with , we have used then for all our air conditioning needs since 2010 . The technicians are always curteous and respectful . They will work with you to ensure the job is done correctly & you are completely satisfied. We would never trust our air conditioner to anyone else & as necessary as air conditioning is when living in AZ that is no small statement.

Even though are Technician [redacted]. arrived later than we expected, are overall experience was a positive one. The young man was very personable and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

He did a fantastic job on our air-conditioning unit upstairs; no more burning smell or teary-eyes. He also gave very sound advice; he believed and adhered to the principles of the company: he was honest and straightforward. He also has a good sense of humor. He even shared a great family recipe (I love to cook.) How COOL is that!?! :)

So far, every employee who has come to work on our AC units for the last 6 years has been outstanding. I'll highly recommend this company anytime.

My air conditioner unit is several years old and recently stopped working on one of our first 100 degree day this Summer. I had called a different A/C company that ended up being very dishonest and insisted that I needed a $5,000 "brand NEW A/C unit" right away!

I then decided to call CLIMATE PRO for a 2nd opinion and I am SO GLAD I DID! The technician was EXTREMELY professional and informed me that, although my A/C unit is older, it did NOT need to be replaced immediately-- and he was able to fix the problem for $160!

I am VERY PLEASED with Climate Pro and decided to sign on with their warranty plan as well-- which I felt was very reasonably priced.

I Have been a Climate pro customer for 4 years and my experience with the company and their employees has been excellent.

Climate Pro was courteous and efficient. They called to tell me when to expect a technician and they told me his name. Mr. [redacted] arrived when promised, was very polite and went right to work to evaluate the problem. Additionally, he was very patient in explaining what the problem was and what he would be doing to repair it. One hour later the A/C was up and running. The costs were more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again for any future repairs that might be necessary.

He went over tings with me when he was examining the furnace and he said it looked good. He then went outside

and said the AC looked good.He was patient and explained other things to that would keep my new AC and furnace working like new for a long time. I would highly recommend him and your company.

We have dealt with Climate Pro for the past several years and have found their staff, both sales and service, to be professional in all aspects. They arrive well prepared, courteous, and willing to go 'the extra mile' to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job done. They always follow up on their work. [redacted]-Senior Service Technician, is very professional, very complete, very knowledgeable about his job. But must of all he treated me with very high respect. He explained all of the technological information in layman terminology for me to understand the heating and cooling installation. He answered all my questions in terminology I understood. Very happy with Climate Pro. Have had a service contract with them since we purchased our home in 2009. Staff are extemely courteous, professional and willing to go the extra step to help. Technicians explain all the options and don't push to oversell.

I had Climate Pros out on Friday & determined what needed to be done .They had the units ( heater and air conditioner ) here & installed the next day,Mind you ... on a Saturday!! I missed no more work to havbe to be here. They are truly awesome. My installers [redacted] and [redacted] were amazing. They got everything done and handled like pros. The heater was just a TAD too large for the opening. They worked their magic and made it happen, I could not be happier.
