I have been using these guys for about 6 years. Never anything but first class.

We have been customers of Climate Pro for approximately two years now and have thus far had quite good service. Most recently we had some minor difficulties scheduling an appointment for our semi-annual AC inspection. After a few delays in getting a repairman scheduled, we were fortunate enough to get [redacted].

I have to say we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of system repair. I felt both confident and comfortable speaking to [redacted] about our needs. I would say on a scale of 1-10 [redacted] hit all the marks and in my book and scored a 9.5. Thanks to [redacted] a customer was saved today and we will no doubt be asking for him "exclusively" in the future.

We had a positive experience. [redacted] came first day and diagnosed the problem and today [redacted] came today and installed new compressor. Professional service provided pursuant to maintenance contract with this company. All of the maintenance services provided in a timely manner. I had the 59.00 tune up done today and they show me a viedo of a leaking coil in unit. Then tell me I have two options $4,500.00 3yr warranty or $5,560.00 10 yr warranty and if I did not do this my condenser would get worn out. I had it checked by another company and I have no leak!

Today, I was extremely satisfied with the interaction I had with pleased with The Climate Pro Company and their representatives. From the first contact I had with [redacted] who contacted me exactly as I requested her to do 6 months ago.

[redacted], the senior Service Technician who performed the requested services was personable, efficient, professional and completed the work promptly. When he was through, he presented me with other options available but in no way was pushy or obnoxious when I declined all additional service. He gave me time to digest the offerings and costs. He had thoroughly described each service and the costs. While I originally declined all extra services, he was okay with that decision. He finished up the work he was to do and when he returned to the house, I had weighed all options, reviewed his brochures,changed my mind, and decided that I would choose to do some of the suggested items but not all. He was pleasant and probably surprised at my change of mind; but again, he accepted my choices and treated me with respect. He fully described what he would do and even answered some questions raised by my eldest daughter. I would highly recommend [redacted] and this firm. They do what they say and they will do so on the schedule which I requested. They also stand behind what the customer understands the service will include. I had mistakenly thought a specific service was included in the special I had him do and even though it was not included, he performed the service, stating that they live up to not only the exact items they say they will do but also an item which the customer reasonably interpreted the written offering to include. I appreciated this and highly recommend their integrity and customer service. They obviously go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction.

We had a problem with our heating unit. We called climate Pro and had a nice polite young man named [redacted] service our unit. [redacted] was a great service person, very knowledgeable in every aspect of our issues. We were very much satisfied with his service.

[redacted] absolutely rocks! He performed an extremely thorough tune-up with my air conditioner unit and explained everything. All the technicians I've had the pleasure of working with have all been great. Climate Pro is an outstanding company and I recommend them unconditionally.

[redacted]. came out on Thursday Sept 19th and completed our Gold Club check up. He was very courteous and informative. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction regarding the recommended repairs. I thought that is was nice that he put covers on his shoes to prevent tracking dirt in the house. Climate Pro over all has great customer service.

The technician that came out named [redacted]. was very professional and answered all my questions and was polite and straight forward. He throughly inspected my AC unit and came back and explained what the condition was and how I could improve it's performance. All in all it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company and this technician to care for your AC needs.

Climate Pro Technician came to my house yesterday to perform my tune up. He was a shining example of what Customer Service is all about. He answered all my questions and was very polite. He cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend [redacted] at Climate Pro to anyone needing service.

I have two properties that Climate Pro services under their Gold service level program. Under this program you are entitled to bi-annual maintenance service. On our last service, about a week ago, they left a perfectly good running unit blowing hot air. When I called back to have them come back and fix what they broke, it took four hours before someone showed up to fix the AC. By that time the temperature in the house was well over 90 degrees. That was one property.

That same day they came out to service my second property. I was told that my unit needed to be cleaned out because an access hole that was made earlier was not sealed correctly. I was also told that I would need to pay to have the unit cleaned out due to dust accumulation caused by the improperly sealed unit. Guess what, they cut the hole in the unit to begin with and failed to properly seal it, now they want me to pay to have it properly sealed. I’m changing service providers.

I want to go on record to commend not just one individual service man at Climate Pro. All three service men have been courteous, on time, informative and professional when they have arrived to service my heater/ac unit. The office staff have been cheerful, courteous and helped me out in scheduling when I have had a problem. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and all the employees with whom I have come in contact.

We have been with ClimatePro for appx 10 years. Highly recommend them. They have treated us fairly and honestly. Service men have all been respectful and knowledgeable.
