Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] received the first draft of her resume and cover letter on March 28, the client's edit requests were submitted to the writer on April 2nd, the writer returned the 2nd draft w/the requested edits on April 3rd and Ms [redacted] accepted her resume and all edits as of April 9, (approximately months ago)Account Taggings: Apr 09, 02:16PM - Customer Accepts Resume Apr 03, 03:23PM - Awaiting PM to approve Professional Resume Apr 02, 11:02AM - PM Requests Professional Resume Rewrite Mar 27, 03:21PM - Awaiting PM to approve Professional Resume Mar 25, 05:42PM - Resume is Being Written The client has gone back and forth with indecision and buyers remorse through the entire processUnfortunately, in this competitive job market, we simply cannot control recruiters nor can we control any hiring processesWe can absolutely offer more assistance in terms of our website and resources availableWe can also offer the client another round of edits on the resume if she wishes Please see notes below for additional correspondence between customer and our client services teamHowever, the service purchased has been rendered and there will be no refund issued

This Company is a FRAUD. I paid for a one-time service with my Credit Card, but to my surprise they continue deducting my money every month for no reason until I discovered after three months. I called them several times to stop the unauthorized deductions but no response from this company . Not until I changed my credit card when they stop making illegal monthly deduction. Please, My advice is never make any bussines with this company, is set up just to defraud innocent people

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business posts conflicting refund policiesI cancelled within HOURS of subscribing (I had previously subscribed for a few months earlier without incident)Please find attached all documentation on this incidentI have never dealt with a company that would expect you to pay for months of service when you didn't use any of it and cancelled within hoursIf you review the FAQ I attached, it states "If you cancel your PAID account within the first days..." you would be refundedAccording to their verbiage, prepaid accounts would not be refundedAnyone who pays them (month or 12) is prepaying! I would imagine by their reasoning no one should qualify for a refund Again, I was a customer for a matter of hours Regards, [redacted] ***

Since Mr. [redacted] pre paid for the 3 month membership he is not eligible for a refund nor will we be issuing a refund on the account.

Climber.com has returned my money and closed my account as requestedrgb(34, 34, 34)">while they were quick to respond I believe that their BB rating should still be lowered since this seems to be a continuous issue with them misrepresenting their company and their billing practices.Best Regards*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Climber.com stopped responding to my calls after I decided not to have them re-write mu resume which was recently re-writtenThey also charged my account after I informed them by email that I was unsatisfied with their service and was requesting a refund.theCompanies they suggested did not match my experience

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The dates that they gave to you are all wrong. They contacted me on March 28, 2014, and we started working on the resume on March 30, 2014. I have pdf all the communications and three times I told her about my displeasure and all three times Kie-sha was sympathetic but assertive. They have advertisements everything in Yellow, bold and red which needs to be reviewed. Apparently who ever wrote you the letter are making up dates as they go along. I have copies of all original emails from my email server. I am also including the 1st proof they sent to me , 2nd proof they sent to me and the communication back and forthThey DID NOT provide me the final good copy. Rather I was told that it will be extra if they fix it again. Therefore, who ever is doing their resume apparently do not have years of experience because the grammatical errors were a messI was told that clients are only allowed reviews and both of the review were not professional I will send it along with this emailEnclose you will find PDF of all the communication from march not march through April 1, not April 5, 2014Enclosed you find the original resumeOur corrections Then the corrected resume (which still had issues) and they would not fix it. Please look at page of the pdf labeled Revdex.com which explains all the issues with the resume If you look 1, 2, 3rd resumes are all incorrect and they would not fix it the 4th time even though grammatical etcwas incorrect

Climber, com certainly improved their business image when *** began contact with meThere were no more delays and no responses to my contact attempts*** was persistent and effective: the formula for motivation Bravo Climber.com for knowing to have *** as a professional assosicate

They are saying they won't honor my request to refund me, my money, when they know they can't guarantee anyone a job, and they should not be charging someone at a cost package that the person can't be refunded if their mind changes and inform them in plenty of time (prior to days - the time for a refund request). It seems they more were geared towards me paying a huge amount of money for my resume to be re-written by their staff member(s), which there was nothing wrong with my resume
I want to make sure this goes on record that this company is not honorable and only want to get money from job seekers

I got spammed by themI am looking for work, but never went to their websiteThey must have been sold my name and email address from another job search siteI tried to contact them, but had no luck

I never used this website, yet I am getting calls non-stop about my resumeI'm pretty sure this is illegal, and there isn't an option to be removed from the call list on their website

I received this email from Climber this past TuesdayAs you can see, Climber has used symbols such as (>) to keep me from being able to copy/paste words from the body of their message to use in my manage rules to block their emails. I never applied to a job through these guys, but they must have bought my info from some other career websiteI get non-stop e-mail spam from these guysThey even have my resume (targeted for one specific employer) for people to download without my permissionWhen I went to their FAQ page, my resume was right thereNo FAQs, just my resume for anyone to downloadAfter e-mailing them, they left a message on my voicemail without even stating who they wereWhen I called them back and asked them how they got my info, they claimed that I filled out some info with them -- which is not trueThen the woman started rambling on -- trying to sell me their services -- without letting me talkAfter I told her to stop and asked her if they are scammers, she hung upNow they refuse to answer the phone when I call to try to have them remove my info and resume from their database

This Business appears to have excellent Resume and and technical skills to make good things happen
