[redacted] contacted us about the end of December to get an RVHe gave us a $1,deposit and the applicationThe next day he called for a refund and he was told that we needed his refund request in writing at which time he became very abusive and was cussing us outI don't understand why he would send us a deposit and an application then the very nexr day demand his deposit backThen he was calling us once or twice a day demanding we send his refund immediately, cussing all the time We are going to send him his refund within a couple of days

We received a refund request from [redacted] because the RV [redacted] was interested in was no longer availableI explained to him that we could search for that same type of RV for him unless we send the refund and in that case his only choice would be what we have in stock so he agreed to let us search for an RV for him which we have had a fewWe will refund his deposit since he no longer wants an RV from our companyWe will have it processed no later than Tuesday of next week

Because I have not received the check for an on time payment, they need to Again send it needs over nighted so I can make my payment by Friday evening!!!!!!! As stated in our paperwork, all buyers that sign the broker agreement acknowledge it may take up to days to get the refund processed and refunded to them, if at allAs well, we are just brokers for the sellers of the boats and RVsThe sellers have the right to accept or decline any deal or offer in regards to their unitIf any of the terms are not acceptable, they have the right to declineAll we can do is present an offer, and the buyers were explained thatWe always urge our buyers to pick out 2-units for back-ups in case the one they originally try and get doesn't work out, for whatever reasonAlso if a buyer signed a broker agreement then in some cases the deposit can only be used as a creditNo cash values

We will be releasing the refund pn Friday August **, and a receipt will be sent to him once we send it to our card processor

We had spoken to [redacted] prior to the [redacted] of JulyAs well, it takes days for the refundIn regards to [redacted] case, it is much like a prior deal, where they think they can bully and threaten us in regards to the refundWe apologize to them that they do not get the money back right awayIf [redacted] wished to have his money back sooner, he should have filed soonerHowever, unfortunate circumstances happen and he was no longer able to continue onward with the dealWe DO NOT wish to keep his moneyBut there are others in front of him, and the longer the previous clients take, as well as further complaints and threats of legal action WITHIN the days, it can prolong the deal

[redacted] refund is due to be processed Friday August **, We will send him a receipt showing it was processed

[redacted] received a little over $6,up front at the beginning of the contract which was the equivalent of monthly paymentsWe just had the boat moved to another marina within the last month.This was done at our expenseWe are actively seeking a new buyer but [redacted] wants to sell the boat outright which would be hard in today's economy as the boat is over years oldThe buyer was supposed to pay the latest monthly payment and we only had a couple of days notice that he didn't want the boat any longerOur stance is that since [redacted] received the money up front, we will not start making the monthly payments until the money is used for the monthly [paymentsWe are paying the other bills

We sent a check to Bill a week and a half ago and it never got to him aand it hasn't come back to usI am working with our accountant to get another check to him

I spoke with [redacted] last week and we sent a check to her with the money she was short on her last checkWe will work more dilligently to get her payment to her on timeShe claims that regular doesn't always deliber so she always wants it sent [redacted] which is expensiveWe will strive to send the payment to her sooner so she wull get the payments on ti,e

I have spoken to [redacted] and made the suggestion that the seller add him to her insuranceI haven't spoken to the seller since about months ago and she hasn't called here or I would have talked to herThe only time I hung up on [redacted] is when he threatened me as I don't respond to threatsIf [redacted] can be civil I will speak to him and offer options before he destroys the RV which he stated he would do [redacted] can call AIS insurance who are familiar with our program and don't require years RV experienceTheir phone number is ###-###-####, Jose ext [redacted] or Victor ext ***If [redacted] wants to give the RV back, we will take it and find another buyerIf he wants to call me I can help him get the insurance
