We sent a check to Bill a week and a half ago and it never got to him aand it hasn't come back to us. I am working with our accountant to get another check to him.

I spoke with [redacted] last week and we sent a check to her with the money she was short on her last check. We will work more dilligently to get her payment to her on time. She claims that regular doesn't always deliber so she always wants it sent [redacted] which is expensive. We will strive to send the...

payment to her sooner so she wull get the payments on ti,e.

As stated in our paperwork, all buyers that sign the broker agreement acknowledge it may take up to 30 days to get the refund processed and refunded to them, if at all. As well, we are just brokers for the sellers of the boats and RVs. The sellers have the right to accept or decline any deal or...

offer in regards to their unit. If any of the terms are not acceptable, they have the right to decline. All we can do is present an offer, and the buyers were explained that. We always urge our buyers to pick out 2-3 units for back-ups in case the one they originally try and get doesn't work out, for whatever reason. Also if a buyer signed a broker agreement then in some cases the deposit can only be used as a credit. No cash values

We have contacted [redacted] in regards to this issue. He has not called, only emailed. We do have emails, but were unaware of the situation on the tags. We have stepped into the middle of this, sent the tags over to the buyer, and he will fill those out in the next couple days. Once we have this...

finalized, then the buyer will release all the funds owed to [redacted]. As well, the vehicle should have been registered before it was sold, and was not

The gentleman has charged back the amount that was owed. What more can we refund when he now has everything that was owed to him?

We received a call from [redacted] in June of 2014 looking for a boat. He saw one he wanted in June of 2015 and we wrote up the Preliminary and Broker agreements. He was very demanding on the terms and only wanted them his way. He ended up backing out of that deal so we searched for other boats for...

him but he was being very picky. He finally requested a refund after almost a year and a half. We will be refunding his refund soon.

They still owe me $4000.  They did refund the fifteen hundred.  None of their other payments went through.  They did however manage to screw up the accounting on my bank account and cause it to be vastly overdrawn due to the manner in which they moved their funds in and then quickly out of my account.  I would very much like The remainder of my money sent back to me ASAP. They have promised in writing and now on an open forum and emails and phone calls to do so. I'm not sure why they're playing games are dragging their feet. I guess it's easier just to collect deposits then it is to actually render service and it must feel very good to get $5500  for doing literally nothing. And that is by their own admission.  The promised to return all of the cash. If they delay much longer I will be forced to believe this yet another deception and stalling tactic.

We have an RV that is in default by 3 months from leasee. Contract says reserve account, coast to coast says there is no reserve account. Please help!

Had the same problem! Call or text I will tell you my nightmare story
860-770-3662

If you hear the words "Coast to Coast" muttered, anywhere, run the other way as quick as you can!
Their contracts are worthless and we are forced to pursue ligation. We have sent letters to Revdex.com in Michigan and Texas as well as the respective state Attorney Generals. "Bob" or "Karen Lynne" will not return any calls after the contract is signed, they have your money, and if there is a default and its their time to fulfill their contractual obligation...too bad!

They have $2500.00 of mine and I have nothing to show for it. No RV no money. I have been waiting 6mo. For my refund. Anyone willing to file class action suit please feel free to contact me at 503 515 2029.

DAN DICKSON, PLEASE CONTACT ME HAVING SAME PROBLEM 860-770-3662, 2 1/2 months ago buyer defaulted and I'm just getting excuses!

Terrible!!! I wouldn't even give them one star but I had no choice. This company and brokers are nice to you in the beginning but as soon as we changed our minds about getting an getting an RV, they got rude and will not release our $2000 deposit. Getting no where with them, we have now contacted the Revdex.com and the Attorney General. Think twice before you work with this company!!!! Bob (general manager) keeps saying that they are waiting on the board to approve it. This has been going on now for close to 2 months! We found out today that the board meets every two weeks!!! Where is our money?? Bob is rude and not friendly at all! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I went thru the same issue. They tried scamming me out of thousands of dollars on my credit card but luckily chase fraud department caught it before it happend. I only approved for a $500 dollar deposit and they tried to get $2500 two different transactions in the middle of the night and my credit card info was manually keyed in to try to charge my card. Chase verified this for me and also told me the city in michigan it was attempted from.

BUYER BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE. Coast to Coast Marine and Coach in michigan and New York are the same company AND A SCAM...

My experience with Coast To Coast has been very positive and they came through with everything they have told me.

Just wait until there is a customer default, John! Their contract is not worth the paper its printed on! They won't return our calls, they won't comply with their obligations.
We have ligation pending!

Review: In April of 2015 I contacted Coast to Coast regarding utilizing their services to find a travel trailer for my family. I supplied a $1,000 good faith deposit on 6/*/15 and began working with Coast to Coast on finding a trailer. On 6/**/15 I supplied an additional $1,000 to reserve an Open Range trailer that they had just received in inventory because it was the perfect fit. That trailer subsequently fell through. Coast to Coast had another trailer that would work for me and on 6/**/15 I signed a contract for that trailer. I was scheduled to pick up that trailer on 6/**/15 in San Antonio, TX. On 6/**/15 a few hours before I was set to drive from Phoenix to San Antonio I was informed the seller had pulled out and no longer wished to sell the trailer. After discussing this with my wife we decided that we would no longer utilize Coast to Coast's services as the three trailers we were interested in had all fallen through. On 7/*/15 I notified Coast to Coast in writing that I was requesting a full refund of my $2,000 deposit. After repeated call's and emails on 8/*/15 I was supplied with a $1,000 partial return of my deposit, despite the assurances that my full deposit would be returned to me. It is now 9/**/15 and I have still yet to receive the balance of my deposit. After repeated phone calls and emails I have still yet to receive even an assurance that the balance would in fact be paid to me.Desired Settlement: Prompt return of the remainder of my $1,000 deposit.

The monies have been redounded to him.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have not been refunded the additional $1,000 owed me and furthermore I have notified Coast to Coast I have since changed accounts to further limit any possible monies being removed from my account by them, per my attorney's instruction. I have not recieved any kind of documentation showing this supposed refund. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Phone calls are immediately transfered to a full voice mail system. This seems to be a delaying tactic by this company as several other complaints show the same response by coast to coast.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

This refund is due to be taken care of within the next two weeks.

The exact same thing happened to me. 1000 good faith deposit then another 1500 for down payment on RV that I signed contract for with seller then seller backed out. Has 3 sellers back out at last minute. I drove from Virginia to Utah to pick up a class c RV only to find it in pieces and the whole thing was trashed slides didn't work, tires were worn. I requested a refund in November and I'm still waiting. Anyone who can help please contact me. 503 515 2029

[redacted] contacted us about the end of December to get an RV. He gave us a $1,000.00 deposit and the application. The next day he called for a refund and he was told that we needed his refund request in writing at which time he became very abusive and was cussing us out. I don't understand why he would send us a deposit and an application then the very nexr day demand his deposit back. Then he was calling us once or twice a day demanding we send his refund immediately, cussing all the time. We are going to send him his refund within a couple of days.

[redacted] should be putting his complaint to the [redacted]. We sent his refund back to him. He has been strange from the beginning. He sent us a deposit then the next day demanded his deposit refunded to him. When I told him we need something in writing like an email stating he wanted a refund he started yelling and cussing over the phone. Her should be getting the refund by today.

Review: Yes I have been working with an employee [redacted] my sale representative at the time. We were trying to get a boat that fit my needs. In the beginning [redacted] had told me " If we don't have the boat you want we can get it". And if not your deposit is fully refundable. Finally we are ready to make a purchase and come to find out we cant because I could not get insurance on the boat. And it was not disclosed because we hadn't found the boat. The [redacted] said he would send my deposit back sorry we can't do the deal. That was a month ago. I have call and emailed may times. To Know avail. I have no other choice to contact my attorney in this matter.Desired Settlement: They Should return my deposit in full immediately. Call or send a email to verify confirmation number.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Do not use this company to rent out your RV. They claim that they will make sure you are paid every month and that they will put a tracking devise on your RV so you know where it is at all times. They also claim that if the renter does not pay that they will make the payment. These are all lies. They never pick up the phone or return the calls. I have had to chase the renter every month and not only is my RV not paid this month, I don't know where the coach is. I can't tell you how stressfull it has been dealing with this company

Review: My problem is with coast to coast guarantee in the contract we entered into.Guarantee states and I quote " If the buying partner fails to make any monthly payment to selling partner, then selling partner will make the monthly payment from buying partners reserve funds and notify broker, who as the agent of selling partner will give buying partner 7 business days to clear up payment issue or broker will take possession of Rv. Broker will continue to make monthly payments once reserves are exhausted until we find new buyer." I used last reserve payment June **,2015 to cover Julys coach payment. I contacted the broker( Bob) about this issue on 7/*/15 10:15 am, 7/*/15 10:15 am, 7/**/15 2:30 pm,7/**/15 afternoon,7/**/15 11:30 am, 7/**/15 12:35 pm 8/*/15 10:40 am left message no return call, at 12:00 left message no return call. Called 8/*/15 1:30 pm for update on August coach payment,NO RESPONES! Left message 8/*/15 1:06 pm and 1:57 pm. Left message8/*/15 8:18 am. Coast to coast has not honored the guarantee in the contract!!! The matter was supposed to be cleared up in 7 business days, its been 35 days and still no resolution. OFFICE ADDRESS [redacted]. Brokers name is BOB.Desired Settlement: I want coast to coast to honor the guarantee. I'm on the for $2400.00 per month. The payment not paid and coach missing in action!!!!!!!

Review: Salesman demanded 2000 dollar deposit on a deal that was not ready to go, deceiving me saying it would happen in a few days, they got my deposit then I was told there was a tag issue on the vehicle, Told them I wanted to reject the deal and to refund my money. they took the deposit on a credit card in 2 seconds but told me after repeated requests that I would have my money back in 2 weeks, (I have emails to prove this) It has now been 3 weeks and I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails and seem to be getting the run around. No reason they cannot refund to a credit card as fast as they took it out.Desired Settlement: I need my money back now.

Business

Response:

I have responded to the client yesterday, and told him another gentleman would be contacting him. I also stated the refund "should", but it "can" take up to 30. As well, the gentleman had every right and every chance to not make $2,000.00. Our Agents are trying to close deals as quickly as possible while remaining within our guidelines. If [redacted] truly did not want to make the deposit of $2,000.00, [redacted] could have stated he would only make $1,000.00. In regards to this complaint, I feel it is unwarranted due to the fact we are still within the guidelines of what we state, and what the customer themselves are told/emailed

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

This is the actual quote from the email dates over 2 weeks ago from [redacted] "Please wait the 2 weeks for the refund, and it will be fully refunded back to you. "

We are entering the end of the 3rd week, still no refund and had I been told Upfront about the tag issues, I would never have given any deposit.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

Again, the gentlemen did not have to send us $2,000.00. As well, we were told about the tag issue AFTER the fact. We had agreed to the refund and gentlemen has continued to barrage us about it, and as well claimed us of doing something we are not. "Your company policy also says they take 1000 dollar deposit not strong-armed into paying 2000 deposit or 13000.00 deposit, I was deceived in this transaction and had I been told there was an issue with the tags, I never would have agreed to running 1 penny let alone 2000 dollars, 30 days will put me into a irreversible situation and two weeks is to long, you took it out in 1 second, Coast to coast has done nothing for me so it should not tie my money up for 30 days, I am asking to get a speedy refund, before I need to hire an attorney or contact the Revdex.com."We never strong-arm people out of money. We would not be in business if we had. Nor would we have successful deals and refund issued back to people. The gentlemen is demanded we refund the money quicker than he was originally told he would get it back, and makes the processing of his refund that much harder when there is more information to collect. A Revdex.com complaint delays this process even more as we must view the complaint, respond, cross-reference what information we do, verify everything else stated, and then we may move forward from there. I urge you to let the customer know, as he was stated previously, the refund may take up to 30 Days

Review: Around September or October of 2014, I called Coast to Coast and discussed the issues of purchasing a vehicle from them. I had and have had a great contact person and was sold on the idea of RV ownership.

In February, 2015, I placed a $1,000 deposit as required to show good faith of my intent to purchase an RV. The next month, I left for China to get married.

While there, I ran into an unexpected financial crisis and called my primary contact, informing him of my situation, but stated I would try to stick it out as my my new wife and I really wanted an RV.

Without going into details and naming the airline, using the advice of **, we were forced to use a huge portion of my financial savings just to purchase a ticket for my wife to fly to the US. Said airlines did not feel responsible for the "problems" encountered because in the end, I had accomplished my goal; getting tickets for my wife.

The problems did not stop there. After our return to the United States our vehicle died in the middle of a huge thunderstorm. I informed my contact person at Coast to Coast I simply needed a refund ASAP.

A week later I called back, finally speaking to the financial person who stated he would return my call the next day.

Three days later, I spoke with their receptionist and she stated the financial person was in a meeting, she would leave a message for him. I have heard nothing.

Three days later I called again and was told once again she would leave a message. Again I have heard nothing.

Two days later, I tried to call but somehow was attached to a modem. I was in IT for 44 years, thus know the difference between a fax and a modem. I tried again with the same results. There was no mistake in dialing as this was straight from my contacts List on my Android phone, the same number I have called since my first introduction to Coast to Coast last year.

So here I am, after three weeks of waiting, regretfully filing this complaint.

And while the initial financial problem has been overcome, it created a domino effect.

Yes, we would still love to have an RV, but the financial priority has shifted to the above stated.

On Friday, I tried once again to resolve this issue and even warned the receptionist I would file a Revdex.com complaint if I had not heard from their financial officer by Monday. Today is Monday and I am obviously writing the promised complaint. Next step is legal action.Desired Settlement: A refund

Business

Response:

We had spoken to [redacted] prior to the [redacted] of July. As well, it takes 30 days for the refund. In regards to [redacted] case, it is much like a prior deal, where they think they can bully and threaten us in regards to the refund. We apologize to them that they do not get the money back right away. If [redacted] wished to have his money back sooner, he should have filed sooner. However, unfortunate circumstances happen and he was no longer able to continue onward with the deal. We DO NOT wish to keep his money. But there are others in front of him, and the longer the previous clients take, as well as further complaints and threats of legal action WITHIN the 30 days, it can prolong the deal

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am disappointed that Coast to Coast has taken the stance I am bullying them into anything. When I first noted I was having troubles I sent an email to my contact, George of my initial problems and what had happened. It is rather long as I felt if I explained in full the situation they would be a little more understanding. As stated not once did I become threatening until last week. As with my creditors, if they do not hear from me they threaten too. I am sure Coast to Coast threatens customers that are late on their payments. As I have stated, after our return to the states we were hit with one problem after the other and around the first of July, not July [redacted], I spoke to George and then spoke to Mike who said he would return my call. I waited. Where is the bullying in that?

Review: I authorized this company to take 500 dollars from my account as a deposit on an RV they had listed for sale on their website. They had a 2008 Fleetwood Bounder, the exact coach I was looking for.

They went on to extract another 5000 dollars from my account and then put me in touch with the "seller."

This person had no intention of selling their RV and openly commented that this was a scam. With no RV to purchase I asked that my money be returned.

Instead they said they would find me another coach. They attempted to sell me a number of substandard makes and models all the while I insisted that all I was in search of was a fleetwood bounder. They asked me to generate a list of other bounders that were for sale online. This seemed like I was doing the service they were paid thousands of dollars to do for them, but all the same I compiled an list of prospects. Once I generated this list of leads I sent it to the company. T

hey did nothing to follow up with the leads and began ignoring my phone calls and requests for a refund. They did not even reply to the email. They had taken my money and now it was time to play a months long disappearing act.

When I finally got them on the phone again they said that a refund would be no problem and that it only takes 30 days to process. I waited patiently for my refund that never came. After many weeks I finally received a phone call stating that they were not going to refund my money. They stated that it must be used to buy an RV through their fraudulent company and that they do not do refunds, that is a rather sudden change of policy.

They did not have authorization from the [redacted] of the coach they were "selling" on their website. This was the only coach I wanted. They told me that it was "in the bag." They called me many times using high pressure tactics to get me to send them more and more money up front. After that initial bounder deal fell apart, there was no good faith effort to set up another deal or to follow up on the dozens of leads I sent. They are in breach of their ow void and unconscionable contracts that were truly a fraud at the outset.

They must be stopped from treating people this way. Many folks who want RV's are elderly and innocently spending their precious retirement money on their dream coach. These con men are stealing hard earned money from good people and it needs to stop. They use strong arm tactics and bait and switch practices to get as much money as they can from you. And then, they cut and run. Their actions are criminal.Desired Settlement: I want the $5500 dollars they promised to be refunded in full to my card immediately.

Business

Response:

We have received the complaint and respond as follows. As for the unit, we had received conformation from the seller to bring them offers on their unit under our program. We can provide the proof showing their phone number and their response giving us authorization. Secondly, as our Broker Agreement states, if the buyer signs it, they are not allowed to be issued a refund, only credit towards another Boat or RV. Being as we have decided to give a refund, we had issued him $1,500.00 of the $5,500.00 he put down. Unfortunately, he had called and made the complaint after we issued it, but did not receive the confirmation of it until after the complaint was made

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This company agreed and admitted in writing that they are wrongfully holding $5500 that they extracted from my bank account in a surreptitious way. They agreed to a refund and said that they sent $1500 dollars. That entire sum was not even sent. I want everything they keep promising to pay me. They have moved funds in and out of my bank account. Not okay. They pay some money in and then cancel the transfer just after it has been in my account long enough to show up. They might not have enough money in there own coffers to refund what they have now, effectively stolen from me. I want a full refund, the one they promised. I regret the day I ever responded to their slick emails. Do not be fooled, these guys are hardened hustlers who take money with little to no intent to deliver the services they claim to offer. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.I want the entire $5500 dollars refunded at once. They have been stringing me along with empty promises for over six months now.

Sincerely,

Business

The gentleman has charged back the amount that was owed. What more can we refund when he now has everything that was owed to him?

Happy to share my experience using Coast to Coast Marine & Coach which recently matched me with a beautiful 43' [redacted] motor home owner who took amazing care of the rig. [redacted] and his team made the process very simply, was handled professionally and while I had my initial hesitation, I am glad I proceeded with their program. Outside of traditional sales processes, it's refreshing to know a company like Coast to Coast Marine & Coach follows thru and makes sure both parties are happy. After getting pictures and all my questions answered, I flew up to meet the owner of the rig and signed our agreement in person. Just a pleasant experience all the way around.
