I spoke with Ms*** and advised her that GE would be buying the refrigerator backGE has requested she send us a copy of the purchase receipt, the serial sticker off the unit, and the plug to the cordOnce we receive
this from her we will issue her a buyback check for the purchase amount and she will be responsible for the disposal of the unit

I have been in touch with Mrs*** and apologized for the frustrations she's had with her GE washing machine
I've communicated with the servicer that the issue she is having still remains. They tried calling her
to schedule a second service appointment but when I spoke with Mrs*** on 10/23, she hadn't called the servicer back yet to arrange a follow up visit
I will send an update after the repair.

It was also reported that they have sold the home so no longer own the dishwasher in question.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding the issue with his GE range and microwave. GE has advised him that both units are over three years old and out of warranty. As a gesture of goodwill GE has agreed to waive all charges to...

repair Mr. [redacted]’s GE range at this time and have also agreed to waive the home/trip diagnosis fee for the microwave but have advised him that he will be responsible for all parts and labor to repair the microwave. Mr. [redacted] is scheduled with GE Factory Service for November 21, 2014 between 1-5:00.

Ms. [redacted] was offered a prorated replacement of the refrigerator in question on 9/15/** with the offer being available for her to accept through 10/15/**.  She would have selected the model of her choice and...

would have paid 30% of the GE website MSRP plus tax plus a $75.00 delivery, installation and scrapping charge
