Cole's Classroom

I got my first camera just a few months ago on a Black Friday deal. I have always loved taking pictures, but have only had my cell phone to do it on. I’ve always paid a lot of money to other photographers to take pictures of my children when I knew I could get pictures just as good and even ones I would be happier with at times if I could take them myself. Through Cole’s Classroom, I have seriously grown leaps and bounds! The resources offered here are phenomenal. Not only have I mastered my *** in manual mode and made my dreams of taking pictures of my own children a reality, but I have also had so many people inquire about my photography skills (that I’ve learned 100% through Cole’s Classroom), that I have been 4 newborn sessions, 6 family sessions, two private events, a maternity session, school portraits for a private school in my town and just did my first wedding last weekend!!! All in ONE month of joining Cole’s classroom. If you join and put in the time to take advantage of all that Cole’s classroom has to offer, IT WORKS! This is not just for new photographers though, as technology and equipment changes, so do the resources here. It is a large community of photographers from all over the world who come together to support each other, beginner and experience photographers alike. You will not find another place that you will learn as much and be as supported as you will with Cole’s Classroom

So glad I joined!!! Warm and welcoming community, top notch mentors, fresh, loads of fresh, relevant content keep me coming back for more. Coles Classroom gave me just the push I needed to learn the skills and gain the confidence required to start my photography business. And Cole is actually engaged and involved; he is not just the name behind the business! Plus, the customer service team is responsive if issues ever do come up. I definitely have gotten more than my money?s worth of information and support since signing up.

I started out buying some Lightroom Presets from Cole's Classroom - he handily offered a Lightroom Workflow guide - major time savings when editing big batches of photos from events, etc. One day I tried the 10-day $1 trial to Cole's Classroom Pro - wow - huge archive of training materials - I grew up shooting in the film days when the only way to learn this sort of thing was finding local mentors, volunteering as an unpaid assistant, going to paid seminars, etc. The 'would you like to add for only $10...?' marketing style isn't my favorite, but, the info and presets are really good. I ended up upgrading to an annual membership - lots of great content (not just photography related, also website, social media marketing tips, etc.) Once in a while someone complains on the FB group about canceling, but they work it out (it's growing quickly, and I expect they're having some growing pains as they're scaling). Bottom line, worth more than it costs, if you really want to learn things quickly (even if you think you already know a lot of it :-)).

Cole's Classroom is by far the best thing that has ever happened to my photography business. The amount of resources is invaluable. I signed up for the 10 day trial for $1 and I've since upgraded to an annual member. I've never seen a more positive and helpful group of people. In a world where photographers can be so competitive and refuse to share industry secrets, Cole's Classroom goes against the grain to actually HELP photographers of all skill levels. With online courses for help with your camera, editing, business, marketing and more, whatever you need, there's a course or tutorial for it. And if you can't find what you're looking for, you actually have real access to the real people who are running it. And the facebook page is the most positive and helpful page I've ever seen - no negativity allowed and everyone is so willing to jump in and help when you have a question. All of this PLUS a subscription to an online site where you can input all of your clients, add session to your calendar, and send online contracts and invoices and receive payments. All compiled so it's super easy come tax time. Cole's Classroom has the most fantastic resource tools and a community of family and encouragement. It has given me the tools I need to improve my skills and the confidence to quit my other jobs and do photography full time. I'd give it 10 stars if it would let me.

I have been with Coles Classroom over a year now and I have grown so much in my photography business because of the education and support I receive from Cole and the mentors. If I should ever have a problem with anything, the customer service is top notch and the best I have ever seen. They are quick to bring a resolution and even go above and beyond to make things right (I only had 1 issue with a product being shipped in the year+ I have been with Cole's Classroom) and if I should have questions, the answers came less than 24 hrs. I would encourage anyone on the fence about whether they should join or not to join. You will not regret it.

Cole has worked hard to bring together a group of mentors who all help him bring his ideas to life.
Without Coles Classroom I would not have a business I am proud of that I have worked hard to get up and running. I can get my questions answered immediately by a large group of supportive photographers in the *** group and I can access an exciting range of content for learning at anytime. Cole really values us and our ideas.. and if possible seeks input from the members what they want out of their membership.
I have been in Coles Classroom Pro for over a year now and I am not likely to leave.. it's become family!!

Cole's Classroom is the best photography website I have found! I accepted the trial membership invitation, which spelled out the details up front what I would get and what my time limits were. I was blown away by the immediate value of the courses and the approachability of Cole and his team of mentors. I was never put down, or made to feel stupid or inferior in my quest to learn about photography. I had tried other photography sites, and sadly, many of those had such a negative, condescending attitude toward people that they considered not to be seasoned professionals in their book. They made me feel like I was a joke and a bother because I was not "on their level" and it seemed like they were stingy with sharing about how to do photography. Some were down right mean and discouraging. I did not find this to be the case at Cole's Classroom. I found openly sharing photography knowledge and way more value than the membership cost, and more values that just kept being added. It was a "no-brainer" to sign up for the annual membership to have continuous access to this supportive, information rich resource. I saw immediate results after watching tutorials and courses. Learning is so much easier when you have the positive encouragement of friendly knowledgeable mentors who genuinely CARE that you "get it" when learning photography and how to make a successful business of it if that's your goal.

I have learned so much, my confidence improved in ways I did not know I could. I just started my business and I am so thankful to Cole's classroom mentors and members. Any time I am happy with a session or sad because something went wrong, I know I can count with this wonderful *** community. If you are still thinking if it is worth, go ahead and do it. I guarantee you won't regret.

If you are seeking the best way to get your photography business off the ground, this is it. I've looked into alot of these photography schools and although I'm sure some of them are good this one stood out.

The people are average and the material is amazing. Course content is neverending and completely relatable. Mentors are the most down to earth folk as well as the fellow members. The fb group is so supportive with no bullying or tearing down anyones work.

Coles Classroom will have you covered from start to finish. :)

I?ve really grown my photography skills from nothing to a skilled hobbiest at this point. There?s endless educational opportunities and community support with Coles Classroom. I can?t recommend them enough!

The wealth of information, guidance I have received from Coles Pro is unlimited and indispensable! Many formats to get your information: short impromptu videos about items people have generally been asking on FB pages, multiple dozens of full-depth study videos in multiple genres and techniques- basic camera usage, camera /lens/equip reviews, lighting, studios, landscape, marketing, social media, etc.
Mentors that are answering questions 24/7 on FB, because they?re from all over the world. Other customers are also from all over the world & also offer guidance and encouragement or ask questions I?ve been wanting to ask!

Cole's Class Room has helped me out a lot. On the steps, I need to take to start my photography business. When I first Joined Cole's Classroom I was in his free group on facebook. Cole's Class Room Classmates. Then I saw the adds he was posting for the $1 Trial period to join his class. I Joined it thinking Ill get as much as I can in the 10 days he knows us so well haha. Anyways I did and I ended up staying. I have received so much feedback and help on all the questions I have had about starting a business and support. That this is a great class to be in. I joined his paid class in December of 2018. I have yet to leave I definitely got my Money worth. I'll be honest, I expected to listen to as much information as possible during the trial period! But after watching the tutorials, especially the Fast Track to Photography, I was blown away and had to continue! I now feel confident shooting Manual and I can see a big difference in the quality of my photography as well as my confidence.
