Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made ONE and only ONE return to Columbia sportswear for items that did not fit in Since it is years after that return, I would think that that we would have moved on This is not the issue that is preventing the new order It is simply an excuse I have tried different cards and all are denied Columbia is looking for a reason to deny an order and allow me to spend a gift card (of which I never would have purchased but was given as a gift) If I am not allowed top place an order I need a refund of my gift card I have tried placing the order in my husbands and mothers name and it appears my IP address is being blocked by Columbia Extremely rude employees and a company that does not care I was told to go purchase items from [redacted] , [redacted] or [redacted] I think not.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Maybe that is what you got but it's clearly not what I shipped the weight doesn't add up for the envelope with paper in it and as I've explained to you before ups considers you the shipper and expect you to contact them and you to file a claim if you didn't get what was returned to you the paying customer shouldn't be put in the middle of it this is a problem between you and ups and just because you don't want to be helpful with all due respect it's your job to help a customer if you truly only got an envelope with paper in it again you need to take that up with [redacted] stop making me pay for something that I sent back to you and you got according to the tracking information I expect a full refundSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Colombia took all available credit card limit (Temporary Hold) without placing the order which leads to delay my worm jacket and keeps me in cold because im not able to buy another jacket, in addition im not able to use the credit card for my weekend and for my babyYour customers service supervisor didn't help me at all and she was very aggressive that timeIm requesting FREE jacket or other compensation to be satisfied Note : every year I spend at least 1800$ for me any my baby and I nerver ever had any issues like this, im really disappointed ready to provide you last years invoices to show prove you how much I was loyal to your company Sincerely, [redacted]

I have called the consumer by phone three times over the last four business days to gather information to remove her from our mailing list, however she has not returned my calls as of yetI did let her know on her voicemail that I am not the person she has already spoken with and am hear to assist herOnce she contacts me at the phone number I left on her voicemail I can have her removed from our mailing listI look forward to hearing from her in the near future

As we state on our website, returns must be received within daysWhen the return was processed, it was beyond the day window, however, we did accept the return but provided you a merchandise credit as it was beyond our stated return windowIf you could provide us a tracking number from the provider you chose showing that the shipment was received by us within the return windowIf we incorrectly processed your order we would be more than happy to assist you
