We recently needed to replace our A/C gas pack unit We wanted to get several quotes but still move as quickly as possible We recently moved from the northeast to North Carolina and were just not prepared for the reality of July in NC without an A/C!
*** *** from Comfort Master was able to come out the same day we called, review our setup, recommend several options in writing and answer all of my questions That night he emailed me several more options based on his re-review of our square footage, to suggest that we really should have a smaller unit which would be more efficient, and less expensive to buy and to run He easily could have told us to replace what we had with the same size unit I was impressed that he cared enough to not just sell us an AC, but sell us the right one for our needs
After getting several other quotes, we decided on Comfort Master *** came back to sign the paperwork once again the same day, but working around my schedule and arranged for the install within a few days

Just had two HVAC units installed by *** *** was considerate and professional and helpful He even helped me out by alerting me to a small gas leak that I was able to get the gas company to come out and fix the same day

Comfort Master Heating & Air staff and technicians are the best We are members of the Comfort Club, so our preventive maintenance visits twice a year are automatically scheduled The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough Last time the tech - *** - allowed me to observe and ask questions This is a good company and we feel our AC is well taken care of

Got back from a 7-day vacation and discovered that the heat wasn't working I called their after hours service and *** was out within the hour He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained how to use the emergency heat feature, and got us back up and running until repairs could be completed the next week Also, this was the Friday before Christmas and *** was at the house until late This is why Comfort Master does all HVAC work at this house and our weekend place
