Service Technician *** was on time and did a very thorough job servicing both of my units When finished, he discussed what he did and the outcome of his service He was very professional and polite, not to mention knowledgeable

I called Comfort Master first thing yesterday when my second floor Air Conditioning stopped working the night before They sent a tech, ***, out within two hours He checked everything over & got it working again by lunch timeIt's an older unit, but luckily only needed a small partI really appreciated him taking the time to fix it instead of recommending replacement right off
