Community Tax Relief is an awesome organizationI owed the [redacted] over $40,in back taxesI was at a very hard place in my life and had several hardships leading up to the owing of back taxesI had initially inquired to Community Tax Relief after doing an Internet searchI talked to a customer service person but told them I could not afford the feesI was contacted by the owner of Community Tax Relief and told me he personally wanted to help me after reading my caseThey were there every step of the way working with the [redacted] and helping me in what seemed like a hopeless situationI would absolutely recommend Community Tax Relief's services to everybodyThey were friendly, they kept me informed throughout the long processThey explained all of the paper work and next steps through the process

I was in a big fix with the IRS of a quarter of a million and did not know where to turn, after calling several companies I found Community TaxThe man I talked to made me feel as they knew what they where doing and gave me a few days to think about itHe told me what was going to happen as far as what they would try to doRemember we are dealing with the IRS! What an AWESOME experience!!!My first return call from Community Tax came from one of it's owners - who at the time was on vacation with his family!! I have never known a company who's founders are so commited to thier company that they are willing to return a phone call, simply because I sent an email stating that I was upset that no one had called me back, not to consider it months BEFORE I ever sent them a dimeI am really glad in retrospect that the first call I made to Community Tax was less than appealing (because of the [redacted] INCORRECT rating of this company ) because I really put them to the test, thinking they would fail like the othersI needed to be absolutely sure that whoever helped me could be trusted with literally “everything†we have, and I could trust they would have our best interests at heartWhen I called Community Tax I had already started trying to get help from other so-called tax companies and the companies that I contacted turned out to be a joke! I used Community Tax for my [redacted] tax lien and found them to be very knowledgeable and prompt in keeping me informed during the processTheir pricing was reasonable and they were able to save me in excess of $80,I would recommend them in a heart beat

Ms [redacted] has been working with Dan ***, the Director of Customer Relations here at Community Tax since March of Mr [redacted] has completed additional work that was not billed for- such as amending Ms [redacted] ’ returnThe amended return will result in a reduction of [redacted] balance, however, the [redacted] does take time to process older tax returnsDan discussed the current wage garnishment that the [redacted] has in place and Ms [redacted] agreed to keep it in place while the [redacted] worked on processing the amended returnThe return was sent to the [redacted] for processing on March On April 28, we contacted the [redacted] to check on status of filed return and were asked by the [redacted] to give it at least more weeksOn May 6th, Ms [redacted] requested for information on submitting the forms required to set up an Installment Agreement; she informed MrDan [redacted] that she would be filing these forms on her ownDan also informed the client that he was scheduled to follow up with the [redacted] at the end of May to determine where they were at in processing the amended returnMs [redacted] emailed Mr [redacted] informing him that the IA forms had been submittedThere has been constant communication from Mr [redacted] with Ms [redacted] and there was no indication of dissatisfaction or concerns

Writing to give my review for CTR and their staff I was in debt for over 32k with thre [redacted] The team settlement was I am very happy that they were able to help me out with the wage levy and everything else I believe the company rating should go up from a C to a A I would recommend them to anyone I know who might be having any concerns, issues or problems with their taxes I thank you all for all your help [redacted] ***

I have been a client of Community Taxes for while here, I don't recall how long the years could be 2yrnevertheless I have tried several suppose to tax resolve places when my wife was living and they never did anything and continued to charge us money The Lord blessed me to come in contact with a rep, or something one day I don't recall if they called or I didI had made up mind before I started talking to him that I wasn't interested however, before he finished I was ready to sign because before he called I was having some issues, but when he finished I felt betterI signed up with Community Taxes and everything that they had promised was true, I knew I wasn't the only customer, but when the got through with me I felt I was, everyone was very generous, they solved the problem, the first time and I messed up the agreement with [redacted] the first time, call CT the blessed, meThey are number 1, second to none, I would recommend Community Taxes to any and everyoneThey are professional,warm, and all the good things, they have you on hold long, they will call you back if needed and they will explain and make sure that you have understanding, They are#
