After paying them over $I lost my job wasn't able to meet the balance of the$requiredThey kicked me to the curb rescinded my power of attorney with the [redacted] and never heard from them until now, to request a good review to increase their standing from a C ratingWell I think the C rating is well deserved and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Community Tax got me out of a lot of hot water with the [redacted] While they are a little expensive, they communicated with the [redacted] on my behalf and dealt with all paperworkThey turned my 15K debt to the government to just a couple hundred dollars All staff I had correspondence with was very knowledgeable and polite!

I hired Community tax relief to assist me with problems with the *** They got my problem settled, and I am very happy with the outcome I would recommend them to anyone who has tax problems Without their help, I would still be in trouble with the ***, because unless you have the cash to hand over, the [redacted] does not want to talk to you

Community Tax contracted with Taxpayer to submit a back tax resolution request with IRS on her behalf We submitted the resolution request to IRS and IRS accepted it We closed the case as an acceptance on 7/6/ We reviewed Taxpayer’s Revdex.com complaint on 5/1/ Community Tax does not maintain any relationship for payments with “ [redacted] ” and Community Tax has never seen IRS send a letter to a client commenting on why certain employees may have left the company In an attempt to rectify any confusion in this case, Community Tax reached out to Taxpayer on 5/1/but Taxpayer ended the call before a settlement could be discussed Community Tax is still willing to do anything within reason to remedy the situation including discuss a partial refund in the interests of settling the case
