We sincerely apologize that you are unsatisfied with the agreement we reached. We would like to clarify that the guarantee you are referring to was a Service Guarantee and not a Satisfaction Guarantee. After investigating your case, should we have found that there was no resolution that...
we could assist you with, or no outstanding balances owed, we would issue a full refund of the investigation fee. However, your investigation was completed in full, and our team did present you with a recommended phase two plan for resolving your tax issues. While you decided not to move forward with the recommended plan at this time, we did provide you with the results of your investigation, and are happy to assist you if you decide to move forward in the future. The service agreement that was signed before proceeding with your investigation does outline this information. As a courtesy, we issued a partial refund back of $300. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience.
We've reached out to Mr. [redacted], apologized for the delay in response. We have refunded his account and this complaint was resolved satisfactorily.
We spoke with the client, Ms. [redacted], this morning and were able to resolve the issue. She had received a correspondence from IRS that she is faxing over to us today, and we are moving forward with her case. This issue is actively being handled, and we respectfully request the complaint be...

Ms. [redacted] has been working with Dan [redacted], the Director of Customer Relations here at Community Tax since March of 2016. Mr. [redacted] has completed additional work that was not billed for- such as amending Ms. [redacted]’ 2011 return. The amended return will result in a reduction of [redacted] balance, however,...
the [redacted] does take time to process older tax returns. Dan discussed the current wage garnishment that the [redacted] has in place and Ms. [redacted] agreed to keep it in place while the [redacted] worked on processing the amended return. The return was sent to the [redacted] for processing on March 17. On April 28, we contacted the [redacted] to check on status of filed return and were asked by the [redacted] to give it at least 4 more weeks. On May 6th, Ms. [redacted] requested for information on submitting the forms required to set up an Installment Agreement; she informed Mr. Dan [redacted] that she would be filing these forms on her own. Dan also informed the client that he was scheduled to follow up with the [redacted] at the end of May to determine where they were at in processing the 2011 amended return. Ms. [redacted] emailed Mr. [redacted] informing him that the IA forms had been submitted. There has been constant communication from Mr. [redacted] with Ms. [redacted] and there was no indication of dissatisfaction or concerns.
An offer has been extended to Mr. [redacted] to partially refund his fees based on the circumstances of the case and based on the work completed by Community Tax. Currently waiting on a response from Mr. [redacted].

Community Tax contracted with Taxpayer to submit a back tax resolution request with IRS on her behalf. We submitted the resolution request to IRS and IRS accepted it. We closed the case as an acceptance on 7/6/16. We reviewed Taxpayer’s Revdex.com complaint on 5/1/17. Community Tax...
does not maintain any relationship for payments with “[redacted]” and Community Tax has never seen IRS send a letter to a client commenting on why certain employees may have left the company. In an attempt to rectify any confusion in this case, Community Tax reached out to Taxpayer on 5/1/17 but Taxpayer ended the call before a settlement could be discussed. Community Tax is still willing to do anything within reason to remedy the situation including discuss a partial refund in the interests of settling the case.
We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] about his concerns. The State tax returns have been completed, and send via USPS Priority Mail. We are awaiting to receive the signed returns back from Mr. [redacted] to file with the State Taxing Authority. The issue of the state returns has been explained and...
