This customer purchased a Go Kart and was given the complete terms and conditions of purchase which clearly includes what the customer is required to do for assembly when they get it. We also clearly state that if a customer is not able to do the assembly, adjustments and mountings that the
unit can be shipped to a mechanic near themThis unit required those kinds of adjustmentsThis included simply drilling out a mounting hole to fit a screwThis customer did not have the skills to do the assembly and refused to have a mechanic assist them. We provide full time tech support, and a parts dept. This customer was obstinate and refused to accept assitance from us in any way per the warranty policyOur customer service team spoke with on at least occasions. Our tech supportThis customer then filed a chargeback claim with Pay Pal. This customers claim is 100% false. please read the customers parts request form where he clearly states that he broke the bike parts himself(underlined). We have offered to sell him the parts he broke at a discount. Motobuys has attempted to assist this customer and many times have told him to take the unit to a repair shop as this customer does not seem to have he skills to work on the bikeCustomer has refused to do that. I requested an invoice through paypal times for the duplicate, along with follow up emails asking when they can send the MSOThat is FOUR responsesWhy will you not send it with a tracking number? send me the invoiceWhy will you not provide me with a bill of sale?

This response is again false. Please see attached documents that proves they did indeed receive the title. These documents are # a fax cover letter asking us to sign an odometer statement and document # is the actual statement, in order to verify with the statement they first have to have the title in hand We faxed this document back to the Florida DMV This issue has been resolved now and we have times mailed titles to this customer

The item was on backorder. The did come into stock today. We have sent e-mails to customer informing them of this. However since they are so unhappy, we have simply issued a full refund today to the customer today

1. The report is 100% falseCustomer is simply making up issues on the unit and there is nothing wrong with it. Yesterday we asked him to do a conference call with us to resolve whatever issues he claims he has with Motobuys and the factory general manager from ***. He
refused to do this and makes excuses and statements to create an issue that does not exist2. The customer refuses to allow us to assist him. The General Manager of the factory (***) wants to do a conference call with this customer to find a resolution to issues that customer claimsCustomer refuses to talk with us to resolve issues, mainly we believe because there really is nothing wrong with the unitCustomer did not setup the unit correctly and did not remove the factory installed speed limiter per his prior emailHis complaint was the unit was to slowHe then after removing the speed limiter complained this unit (which is designed for kids) only did 30mphThat is correct for childrens safetyThe customers complaint is simply an issue of buys remorse. We have sold many many of this exact same machine with ZERO issues. The customer is making up issues to return a perfectly good UTV after using it now for many months. The unit is designed for kids and is geared to go around 30mph. This is exactly what the customer claimed in his 2nd e-mails to us. That is the only thing wrong with the unit according to the customer in his last e-mail to us(please keep in mind that this all can easily be resolved with phone call that customer refuses to have with us) If the customer would simply talk with us we would explain that we can send him a sprocket that will allow the unit to go faster. PROBLEM SOLVED! However this customer does not want the problem to be solvedCustomer will not talk with us simply because he knows that nothing is wrong with the unit and these claims he is making will be exposed. So instead of talking with us to resolve the issues, customer simply filed this report

The company's "response" of no responsibility is typical of themHowever, nowhere in the "term & conditions" is it declared that I am responsible for accepting a product that doesn't workThere is a specific list of items that I was required to assemble - an ignition switch is not in the "terms & conditions"

This customer complaint is absolutely FALSE. We have the live chat recorded from this customer as proof. The company that this customer requested a price match from does not include shipping in there price quote online. Our web site includes shipping. When you factor in the
other companies price with there shipping cost that they add in after the item is put in that companies shopping cart, our price is less cost then the other company.This customer was rude, nasty to our staff and refused to simply click on page of the other companies web site where it shows them the real cost of the item. This complaint from *** *** *** is 100% false. Please see the items listing page (attached) that clearly states the the big bore kit as an option. Also please read down to the bottom of the page where it clearly states "Engine big bore kits will NOT come installed" . This
customer does not have the skills to install this unit. Our tech support and parts manager have spent hours with on the phone with this customer. He tryed to install the kit himself and broke the head and parts. He was told many times to take the kit to a professional but he refused to do that IN REGARDs to the color please see attachment # 2, this is the customer online order that he placed. On it you can clearly see he ordered color choices, black or silver and he got one of those. Motobuys has sold hundreds of this exact same model and never had any complaints about these issues with any customers before. The attached evidence speaks for itself. The customer will need to take his moped to a professional scooter to repair shop to assist him with problems he did to the unit himself. If we can be of any further assistance the customer can contact us

This complaint is 100% false! The customer purchased a unit that comes with a day warranty in 2014. It is an entry priced $pocket Dirt Bike. The customers claim that we mis advertised the item 100% false. You can confirm this with the national Service Manager at SSR
(***) at ###-###-#### directly that this claim is false. The customer has burned out clutches. These parts were supplied to the customer free of charge. As the factory will confirm (***) the rider weight has zero to do with burning out a clutchIt is opinion of our techs that some other type of mis-use has occurred on this mini bike for it to have burned out clutches. We have sold hundreds of this exact same model and there has not been one customer other than this customer that filed any complaints on this unitThe bike model was changed by the factory in Feburary by the factory. At that point, with the new model, the factory specs changed. This customer is using the new specs as a basis for this claim.This customer purchased this vehicle in 2014! The model and specs were different on the modelThis has been completely explained to this customer many many times. However the customer does not want accept this fact. generated by the factory, not us. They were also informed that on 3/7/that it takes to weeks to get a title. As soon as we receive the dupilcate they requested it will be mailed to them

On 11/- My husband purchased an electronic Go Kart for our children (from Santa) from MotoBuys He received a confirmation email, and no other notification (none, not even a "this product is on back order"
The week of 12/- My husband called to find out where the Go Kart was He were told the Go Kart was at the warehouse and they would contact us with a shipping number when it shipped (within hrs)
On 12/- I called, as we still had not received any communication from MotoBuys or anyone else on the Go Kart The gentleman I spoke to sounded astonished the Go Kart had not been received yet I was told the Go Kart was sent to the warehouse on 11/and off the listing for MotoBuys
On 12/- We finally received the Go Kart in a severely damaged state On the R&L Carriers bill of lading, it was shipped from California on 12/(it doesn't take days to make it from California to Tennessee)
I cannot believe that we received NO communications from MotoBuys or anyone else as to the progress of the shipment, not even that it was out of stock or delayed in any manner None, period Worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer
12/- I called again and spoke with Joe He seemed unconcerned that it took over days to receive the Electric Go Kart His "story" changed multiple times while I was on the phone with him From stating he wasn't sure if the Go Kart had been on back order or not, to then stating it had been on back order and they weren't received until 12/which is why it shipped on that day from the manufacturer (not a warehouse)He only changed what he said after I noted the Go Kart shipped on 12/

I am not getting a full refund from the companyThey are charging
me $for gloves and goggles..which I did not ask forAlso told them to go ahead and ship it because they said it would be here by the end of next weekThe guy Bob who responded to my email asked if I wanted it sent and I told him yes and then I got a response telling me it wasn't being sent after he asked me if I wanted it sentI have never in my life seen a company act like thisI have the emails to prove all this also I was NEVER sent an email about the go kart being on back order...that's a lie!
