stubborn, abusive and foul mouthed.  The bike he purchased is an xlint model.  Since customer is not a mechanic he should take it to a mechanic that knows what to do. he does not know what to do.   The bike does leak oil.  Most likely the customer or dellivery truck may have leaned the bike on its side which can allow small amount of oil to drip out.  Our web site clearly states the customer must do the PDI on the bike when it arrives.  The issues he is claiming are part of the PDI set-up. Again his parts have been shipped.

and there you have it.  Over the last year he claims he has not gotten it 3 times.  That is false.  He has been told many times that the bike requires title and a bill of sales in every state.  Our previous response is correct and answer these same questions again.

You are the seller and you sold me a product that doesn't work.  I should not have to spend all of my free time attempting to repair a defective brand new product.  I already have a substantial amount of personal time invested in this.  This is totally unacceptable.  I want to return the product.

I am 60 and rarely place comments good or bad. I spent two months researching Chinese motorcycle retailers reviewing comments, experiences, Revdex.com, any info I could gather. So many considerations like how it would run, how long it would last but my biggest concern was would I get the bike I ordered color, all there, damaged in shipment. Finally decided to go with Motobuys.com because they had very little bad reviews. Called and spoke with Sam he took the time to answer my questions without any issues. I called back about a week later (Wednesday) asked for Sam and made the order via credit card, a Green Hawk Enduro 250cc. Asked if I would get a receipt and Sam told me shortly, as soon as the finance department could process the sale, asked how long before I received the bike Sam said 5-7 days (I thought that would be nice but expected 2-3 weeks from reading so many reviews and complaints from a lot of retailers). He said the freight would be by trucking company with liftgate and would be to my home at no charge.
I received my receipt and confirmation via email in about 2 hours, the carrier called me on Friday to see if Monday at 1:00 would be ok to make the delivery and I agreed. The driver called me at about 9 am and wanted to know if he could come about 11:00, I agreed. Once near my house the driver called and asked if I had a truck and could I meet him in a parking lot down the road from me because he may not easily get down my road, I agreed and we met. The driver was very helpful and we opened the box so I could check it for damage and missing items. The metal crate was wrapped very well with shrink wrap and then wrapped with cardboard and had no damage to packaging or the bike or parts. It was however missing the green tank covers, front fender, headlamp assembly, exhaust cover, front axle nut and 6 small nuts. I took photos of the bike on the truck, of the truck and of my truck with the crated bike on it. I called Motobuys at that point and explained about the missing parts and Sam was not in at that time but the person I spoke with said the photos would be great and to put together a list and email it to them. When I got home I put together the list and called again and Sam was there and said send the list to him. I took him at his word and emailed the parts list and the serial number for the MSO on Tuesday and hoped for the best. I received the parts at my door the following Tuesday right down to the 6 small nuts, wrapped very well, correct color no damage.
The assembly was not that much and was relatively easy, the hardest is lifting the front enough to set the center frame on a short stool, 12" best to make the wheel assembly easier (actually enjoyed the assembly). The bike started easily and runs fine.
Bottom line, Sam said I would get my confirmation shortly and I received it in 2 hours. He said I would receive the bike in 5-7 days and I received it in 5 days. He said the freight would be included and I received no surprise from the carrier. He couldn't give me a time on the parts since they would have to come from the warehouse, but I received them in 7 days.
This has been an exceptional experience, the Motobuys sales team was very professional and courteous. I would purchase from them again in an instant.

We stand by previous response.  Customer is welcome to call us at [redacted] for tech support.  He can take the unit to a  mechanic in his area and we gladly assist a real mechanic in helping resolve the issue and provide parts support, if there actually is one.  If the customer needs parts he can order thru our online web site.  The terms and conditions of sale customer agreed to at purchase is clearly posted on the web site as well as the warranty policy.  We stand by to assist customer within those parameters. Thanks[redacted] / Motobuys

I have read this complaint.  Unless a customer is verbally abusive to our staff we never hang up on anyone.   All our ATV's come with a clearly written parts replacement warranty.  All the customer needs to do is diagnose the problem themselves, with there mechanic or call our...

There are times when you have exhausted all attempts to satisfy acustomer and there are times when you have to stand tall and defend youryourself against false accusations.  Thisis one of those times.  We responded to this complaint clearly in the first response.  Anyone can write anything they want, howeverthat does not make it true.  That is the fact in this complete fiction novel that this customer has be saying here.  This customer makes hearsay statements in this complaint that are completely false as some kind actual facts.  They are not even close to the truth.  I am the person that spoke to this customer.I never raised my voice with her!  Her problem is that she will NOT listen to anything we or the factory has tosay.  This bike was purchased in November 2014.  The factory changed the model to a 2015 model in March of 2015. THAT IS A FACT! The factory made changes to the model and to the specs at that time.  THAT IS A FACT!  This customer has repeatedly been told this,but refuses to accept or wants to ignore the facts so she can continue with her tabloid style of writing in this false complaint. Again the factory national service manager at SSR will confirm these facts, and I gave his name and contact info to this customer.  However she refuses to contact him because it will show the true facts.ACTUAL FACTS IN THIS CASE ARE1. Bike was purchased in Nov 2014. 2.  This bike was sold with clearly posted 30 day warranty at  http://www.motobuys.com/ssr-sx50-dirt-bike.html  3.  At purchase customer agreed to  terms and conditions of sale agreement which can clearly found at:  http://www.motobuys.com/shipping-info.html  4.  Yes she was told that the weight capacity has nothing to do with the issues she is claiming.  That is a Fact!  This can be confirmed by the national servicemanager of SSR, that this customer refuses to contact 6.  Our Tech support has tried to assist this customer,  We have sent parts to this customer several times way past the 30 day warranty expiration date! 7. In her Tabloid falsehoods Customer stated("During one of our early conversations with their service department we were told that they were swamped because they were getting an enormous numberof calls from customers with similar issues so we were not the only ones they took advantage of." )This is an outright falsehood!! NEVER at anytime was this said or in any way true!! 8.  Fact:  this bike comes with a 30 parts replacement  warranty which can be found at:  http://www.motobuys.com/ssr-sx50-dirt-bike.html   // This bike is 6 months past the 30 daywarranty period. 9.  This customers complete falsehoods continue with statements that we changed specs or we fabricated ourlistings are also 100% false, and shows more of these tabloid falsehoods written in this complaint as facts. The true fact is we have been in the business over 30 years, we sell thousands of units a year.  You can readreviews posted by our customers at www.motobuys.com that are posted on our home page.  Motobuys is a [redacted] Certified Trusted Dealer, Motobuys is a Buy-Safe guaranteed merchant, we are [redacted] rated by theBCA!!  Our customer satisfaction rate is over 99% based on volume of units sold and reviews submitted. So I take great exception to the likes of people like this customer that attempts to harm others by posting untruths, false statements, distortingfacts, leaving out facts like tabloids do. Such as her final statement("We are not the only ones they have been wronged and I'm sure will not be the last.").  Who is she to make a statement like this.  She bought a $399 pocket dirt bike once. Broke it several times during use (most likely fromabuse), was given free parts, free tech support and free factory support. She  Knows nothing about motorcycles and makes this kind of statement that has ZERO basis in fact!  So we hope the reader of this complaint will see that this customer is simply trying to bully us into doing her will by writing this fictitious complaint.  I am an old school American.  When wrongly accused with falsehoods, half-truths and blatant disregard for the facts,it is time stand up and defend our reputation.  Thank you to anyone who has taken the time toread this and see that there is always two sides to every story.  We deeply  value our relationships with all our customers and are committed to providing the highest level of service simply becauseour customers deserve the very best. As was clearly told to customer, these units are not legal in Calif on the new 2015 models.  The listing the customer sent is for the 2013-14 model. They are sold out.  This customer was never charged for the units.  I am sorry but it is against Calif law to send units to that state that do not meet there emission rules.  This customer has been clearly informed of this.  It also clearly states on the web site terms and conditions which customer clicked yes they agree to the following:"The pictures provided on this website are only a representation of the actual product being sold. On occasion the factory may without notice make changes to any product that are not represented in the pictures provided. We will make every attempt to keep all of our pictures, specifications, and color changes as up to date as possible. At no point will Motobuys be held liable for factory authorized changes in design, specification, or color variations. On occasion the factory may without notice make changes to the units that are not represented in the pictures provided. This complaint is 100% false.  This customer was responded to promptly every time.  The part she claims was wrong is also false. The part sent was exactly what they ordered. We got an e-mail for the 1st time from them since last March on 5/23.  Below is what we did to assist...

them.  This was e-mailed to them within 24 hours. they then filed this 100% false complaint 1 day later. .   Rico   We are an online company.   However in this case it appears that a mechanic needs to get involved.  So we have arranged to have a factory mechanic take a look at the unit for you.  We have agreed to pay the 1st hour of labor for you as well.  If any parts are needed those will supplied free of charge. This should resolve your issue, as a pro can do the proper setup and adjustments.  The location is only 35 minutes from where you are located.   Just take the unit to the following address /  Your unit can easily fit in a U-haul Trailer for transport.    [redacted]
