I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY IF  they actually test the heating of the oven for convection baking. My testing of the oven has shown faulty design  and failure to reach baking temperatures.  Repeatedly I have asked them to test.  Customer Service has never complied, just kept sending me another faulty oven, certainly indicating they cannot repair it on the repair bench. If that goes on, I would end up with oven #6 which would not bake and would have no warranty.

Our previous response on this matter was that we are willing to send return postage to the consumer.  When the hair dryer is received it will be evaluated by our Engineering Department.  This model hair dryer has not been manufactured since the 1990's.

An electronic communication was sent to the consumer this morning advising him that we can engage [redacted]o retrieve his boxed coffee maker.  When it is received by the undersigned a replacement unit will be sent to him.

Consumer received three replacement units (12/14-would not heat up properly, 4/15 -made a humming noise, 5/26/15-not heating to temperature).  A letter has been sent to Ms. [redacted] this date advising her that we will engage [redacted] to retrieve the Microwave Convection Oven at...

our expense for submission to our Engineering Department and their temperature testing.  We will advise her of our findings after the testing has been completed.  We have requested Ms. [redacted] to contact us when she is ready for the retrieval of her packaged unit by [redacted].

Advise consumer that return postage has been sent to her as previously advised.  When the coffee maker is received we will issue a refund to her.

I returned Madelyn Sola call three times asking she return my call.
I could have purchases the same type waffle maker from one of Cuisinart competitors for a lot less money. But, I choses to purchases the Cuisinart model.
The complaint involves a $25.00 waffle maker, which was made in China and probably cost less than $8.00 to make.
 
Conair Corporation needs to just replace the waffle maker and stop wasting everyone’s time.

Cuisinart is doing the very best we can to replace consumer's blades as inventory is received from the manufacturer.  It has been confirmed to me this date that this consumer's blade is being shipped to her.

Our records reflect that this consumer was sent a replacement unit in July of 2016.  We will send her return postage to return her current unit for a replacement.

Based on the information the consumer has provided, her hair dryer was manufactured June 6, 1992 making the dryer 24 years old!  If the consumer would like us to provide her with return postage so that we can confirm that date we will be happy to send it to her.  Please advise.

Postage to return the hair dryer for a replacement will be sent to the consumer providing this is a Conair product.  The Model No: indicated is not a Conair appliance model number.  We apologize for the consumer having difficulty in reaching us.  Customer Service lines are deluged...

with Cuisinart recall matters.

Please be advised that since your initial notification of this matter by Ms. [redacted], Conair Corporation has tried to find the replacement water tank Ms. [redacted] requests. We are unable to locate this part. The only thing we can offer her is to either replace her garment steamer with another model...

or provide her with a refund for the unit she has. We are very sorry that we cannot meet her request.

We have spoken to [redacted] today and have ordered a replacement hair dryr for her.

We have been in touch with the consumer and have advised him we still do not have inventory of his model appliance.  He was given a choice to choose an upgraded model which he has and the replacement will be sent to him.

Please be advised that Cuisinart's Customer Service Staff tried with great effort to resolve this matter with [redacted] following the company's protocol.
 
Cuisinart will refund Mr. Carlson $$267.90.  When the refund check is received from our Finance Department it...
