Cuisinart is doing the very best that it can to replace consumers blades!  Replacements are sent as soon as they are received from the factory!

[redacted] I have tried unsuccessfully to contact you by FAX and telephone to advise you of our incorrect response to [redacted] complaint. I left a message today at Revdex.com of CT at the Accredation Dept.extension. Once the incorrect response was posted we were unable to retrieve it and/or notify Revdex.com...

[redacted] also has an address of [redacted] as our records indicate and we were not advised she had a refurbished unit which carries a 90 day warranty. As a gesture of good will and on a one time only basis we have ordered a replacement coffee maker for her which carries a three year warranty.

This complaint was received by Conair Corporation on October 14, 2016.  As soon as it was received a telephone call was made to the consumer.  A message was left for him to return the call.  To date he has not responded.

Our Customer Service Division "waived" the return shipping however the blender was not replaced as the consumer refused to return the product.  The product must be evaluated by our Engineering Department and the returned product is part of our protocol.  We will forward return postage to...

[redacted] was contacted today by telephone and was advised that we ae sending a replacement appliance to her.  When received she will call us so that we can arrage to have [redacted] retrieve her appliance from her.  When it is received by Cuidinart the multi cooker...

will be evaluated by Cuisinart's Engineering Department.

Return postage for the appliance will be sent to the consumer.  When the appliance is returned a replacement unit will be sent to her.

A letter and return postage is being sent to the consumer on this date.  We ask that she return the coffee maker to us for our evaluation.  When our Engineering Department has completed their testing of the appliance we will advise her of our findings.  If the unit is found to be...

Our records reflect that a replacement coffee maker was sent to [redacted] on 4/5/16. Customer Service waived the $10.00 return shipping fee. We are awaiting her return of the broken appliance.

Consumer was contacted by telephone this morning.  We will be ordering a refund check of $34.00 for her.

We have finally located consumer's return.  A refund check will be ordered and sent when it is received from our Finance Department!

A refund check will be ordered for the consumer, when received it will be mailed to her.

The undersigned contacted Mr. Beylis this date and have advised him that we will have UPS retrieve his toaster oven from him.  When it is received a replacement unit will be sent.
