NO CMG has not been in contact with either one of us since 3/1/NO they have not run our one ad that was suppose to be in the bookletWe were told the booklet was supposed to come out in January, but didn't until the end of FebruaryWhen we received our copy there was no ad in itWe have both called and left many messages without a call back since 3/We have called the main number with no one ever picking up the phoneHow does that constitute "in Contact"?? CMG has stopped the automatic payment for myself, but has not returned the $that I paidNor have they returned the $that [redacted] paid them back in NovemberWhy would they stop payment if they published the ad?? They admitted to me they messed up, but won't refund our moneyWhy is that?

CMG has already been in direct contact with the customer- and is in the process of resolving the matter

cmg had indeed provided the service purchased-and our customer service depthas reached out to the customer to resolve the issue

CMG will investigate customer claim and have customer service contact customer to resolve

I was sent a refund check for the full amount, but only after I
was able to give proof to the CMG office manager with actual names and phone numbers of the managers from the restaurants where the brochures were supposedly going to be distributed, that each manager had said "No" to any deals with this companyShe kept telling me that she has signed contracts with them up until that pointI will not do business with this company again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so, either

emailed a scan of the ad in the directory, as well as mailed a completed directory to customer

Dear CMG Customer Service Manager:
I received the booklet and quite frankly it is not at all what your salesman promised me, as follows:
In writing indicated *** would have a color ad in the front of the book
He promised *** a top of the page right listing
Listings in the book separately on the Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Edina pages not just one color display ad
Distribution to 100's of nursing homes, senior centers and convenience stores all over the Twin Cities
I paid over $not even an amount shown on the salesman's email letterWas significantly over charged
So far I have called a number of nursing homes we have hearing patients in and the homes have never heard of this bookNor have the senior centers in the cities that we exhibit in during their senior citizen shows, heard of this publication including your company location in Eagan
Your company has out of the blue come up with a book with my company's information in the back of itThe real question is where has it been distributed and how many copies have gone out? As you can surmise our discussion the other day is moot and my complaint stands especially with a breach of numbers 1-above

Contrary to what the customer has stated,
CMG has provided and published all of these ads
CMG has been, and currently still is in contact with the customer to resolve any remaining issues

CMG will have customer service contact this business to resolve any issues

I am rejecting this response because:
They have not returned my call

CMG works with many clients on a daily basis, and unfortunately we do have a few who are unhappy with our services. ***'s *** signed up with us on 12/7/2016. Upon the end of her contracted time frame, she was email a notice of continuation of her contract via monthly payments
as the contract authorizes. We would have happily discontinued the contract with advanced notice and response to our email. We have since closed the account, and removed the auto pay payments form our system. We appreciate your previous business, and will happily work with you on the future
