find that this resolution is satisfactory to me AT THIS TIME.  I have yet to see the promised proof and I do not consider this matter resolved yet. Please keep this case open until the product has been delivered.

After many unreturned calls and unanswered voicemails I...

heard back from the company. They said they had already sent a check out and this was on Friday 9/11/15. Today is Thursday 9/17/15 and I have not received a check.
Also in their email there was no statement regarding the complaints, apologizing for misleading us, breaking the contract, or essentially taking our money. I assume because a refund is supposedly being issued that they are aware that they are in the wrong but I am concenerned for other companies. Email below.

NO CMG has not been in...

contact with either one of us since 3/1/2016. NO they have not run our one ad that was suppose to be in the booklet. We were told the booklet was supposed to come out in January, but didn't until the end of February. When we received our copy there was no ad in it. We have both called and left many messages without a call back since 3/1. We have called the main number with no one ever picking up the phone. How does that constitute "in Contact"?? CMG has stopped the automatic payment for myself, but has not returned the $250 that I paid. Nor have they returned the $750 that [redacted] paid them back in November. Why would they stop payment if they published the ad?? They admitted to me they messed up, but won't refund our money. Why is that?

CMG customer service has attempted to contact customer several times, and has left messages as well.CMG will continue to try to contact customer to resolve any issue.

satisfies your obligation so I will close the case, but would appreciate genuine customer service and timely accurate answers to questions. You did not send an apology, which is what I assume is that you think you did nothing wrong in promising a publication date and then not following through on it.But it is what is is, did not meet my expectations as a new customer when it comes to communication. Thanks for publishing the ad, it looks nice, I did finally receive it in the mail. If it generates business, I would consider renewing. In the future to avoid this with other customers, follow up with them immediately when their sales rep gets let go from your company and they are just left out there waiting for answers.

cmg customer service has contacted the customer to resolve the issue:Customer ad will be published this this November- and the agreement extended to 24 months.

Upon researching this issue, the CMG rep Peter states that the call was made by mistake- and that upon realizing that he had dialed the wrong number- just hung up to avoid any further contact.CMG has now takes steps to insure that NO cmg rep ever calls this person/business again.we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
