I am rejecting this response because:Concept Marketing Groups, said they would be contacting us to resolve the matter on 10/12/and It has been days and they never contacted us and we would like this to be followed up on as nothing ever happened

I have been told several times that both contracts are being printed. It is now the week after Thanksgiving and I have no copy of either promotional piece. I went to [redacted] (1st promotion) and they have yet to recieve the printed promotional piece that Concept Marketing said would be printed over a week ago.

No one from Concept Marketing has contacted me in the past two months. I have no check or other refund, they must have me confused with one of their other unsatisfied customers. The account manager from this account has spoken with Ms [redacted], a number of times.  Each conversation elevates to unprofessional language from Ms [redacted].  We want to ensure all of our customers are happy and satidfied as well as understand the contract and payment terms when they sign a...

Ms [redacted] agreed to a 12 month contract, with the 1st 6 months at $450, and the next 6 months billed monthly at $450.  We tried to explain to Ms [redacted] when she called about the agreement she had with us.  We are not offering a refund, please refer to #3 on the contract: “This agreement …will renew automatically, with email notification and monthly reoccurring payments, unless cancelled/revoked in writing by either party 60 days prior to its conclusion, or with 60 day notice thereafter.”  We cancelled her contract with the verbal request she made immediately rather than enforcing the 60 day rule.  If there is anything else we can do to assist Ms [redacted] we would.  I have attached a copy of the completed project we mailed on her behalf.

I apologize that I did not respond by 10/12 as we have had major PC server problems in our office for over a week and have been overwhelmed by them. CMG has done nothing to resolve our issue so I want to reopen this and will write a formal response. I also wanted to talk to you and see if I should tell them in my online response that I am going to the MN Department of Commerce and possibly the Federal Trade Commission next if this is not resolved. I definitely intend to do that if I don't get a full refund promptly. They promised to charge my account only half the annual balance and did not. They charged the whole annual balance and ignored my pleas for about 2 weeks. This is not a company I want to do business with. Please help me continue this complaint to a real resolution from CMG.

CMG has communicated with customer regarding this issue previously. CMG had both a written agreement and a clear voice recording authorizing the charge that was originally processed, and is complying with all other provisions of the agreement, which is binding on both sides- per agreement provisions.

I filed a complaint against Concept Marketing Group & Peter [redacted] back on September 10th...

because of a rude behavior. Please review my complaint. I just was called & hung up on my him again this morning. I'm not sure what else I can do to stop this. I'm sick of this childish & unprofessional behavior from this clown.

The customer has received a refund.The situation was created due to a medical situation with the account manager, and has been resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have attempted to correspond to Concept Marketing Group at minimum on the...

following dates 03/24/16, 04/04/16,04/05/16, 04/06/16, 04/07/16, 04/11/16 and 05/04/16.  These attempts have been via email or phone.  Also, in these messages I have asked that they contact me after 1:00 PM.  On 06/13/16 at 11:22 AM I received a voice mail from Christy from Concept Marketing Group.  At approximately 1:48 PM I attempted to contacted Christy at 651/357-1643 (the phone number she left in the voice mail).  She did not answer so I left a voice mail at that time.  I have not heard back from Christy since I left the message back on the 13th.  This has occurred about three times where I will contact Concept Marketing Group via their website (the only way I have gotten a response from them).  They will call the next day in the morning when I am not available, again I have requested they call after 1:00 PM.  When I call to return the voice mail, I get their voice mail and my message is never returned.

CMG customer service will be contacting customer to resolve the issue.

CMG has tried to contact customer via email, but will now have customer service call to resolve any issues.

cg customer service has contacted the customer and resolved the issue:Cmg will print and distribute brochures by 11.30.2016- or will refund customer in full.

CMG has just heard from this customer AFTER the complaint was filed.CMG is now in contact with the customer to resolve the issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any contact from Concept Marketing Group nor have they provided any services. I just want a full refund since nothing was provided from CMG.

CMG has in in contact with the customer- and has resolved the issue.The charge was for a renewal, and a notice was previous sent per the agreement.However, CMG in order to resolve the issue- has now cancelled the service, and has issued/mailed a refund per customer request.
