I am rejecting this response because:MMM If someone signed up in 2016 then why would the billing start in 2018. There are no monthly payments at all in 2017 as I have researched my whole account. So I just want my money back and them to stop taking out of my account. I also am unable to find any emails from them in regards to continuing the contract.. I keep all of my email and have them from the day we opened. So thank you for you attention to this.

I sent email on 19th to Bonnie saying I was not comfortable with the transaction from the 18th after to speaking with Greg. 20th Greg called I explained that I wanted to be refunded the 450.00 and was not interested in doing marketing with CMG. Sent emails on the 25th, 28th. My bank is aware of transaction and there is a case number for this. I did not put ad or give them information to put ad in marketing material.They are not responding to emails and have not voided or refunded my transaction.

We followed up with our customer, and are in the process of publishing the promotion.  We have in good faith handled this issue, and believe the issue has been handled.

I have a contract in writing from them that the brochures would be delivered to the [redacted] restaurant and given out to each customer. I have been to that restaurant several times throughout the past year and never received any brochures. I have talk to 4 different managers at the [redacted] and they have never seen these brochures and never heard of them. The most recent manager I talk to said the owner would never distribute advertising at his restaurant. Concept Marketing group has been aware of this since last December and have done nothing to but give me excuses. I want my $400.00 refunded. I have also filed a complaint with the MN Attorney General.

CMG knew about this issue back in December of 2014 and has not returned my calls for much of the year.I paid for advertising for the period of Oct. 2014 - Oct. 2015. I did not receive what I paid for. I want my money back. I don't have the time to check on them to see if there doing there job I paid them for. This company is the worst for responding to issues.It's now Nov 2015 and I have filed complaints with Revdex.com and the Attorney General of MN and their finally going respond. I find this unacceptable. I no longer want to use their services. I'm using another method of advertising. All I want is my money back.

CMG has distribution agreements and has printed brochures for both locations.CMG will provide new brochures, per customer agreement by July 15, 2016 or provide a refund.

CMG has already been in direct contact with the customer- and is in the process of resolving the matter.

We work with any client to provide a satisfactory experience.  [redacted] has been a customer with us for 2 years.  The first year at the yearly price the second at the renewal amount of $30.  The contract that was signed states: “This agreement …will renew automatically, with email notification and monthly reoccurring payments, unless cancelled/revoked in writing by either party 60 days prior to its conclusion, or with 60 day notice thereafter.”  We have discontinued the monthly billing for [redacted]s.  This communication thru the Revdex.com was our only communication into this concern.

CMG customer swervice has contacted the customer and resolved the issue.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not seen any PROOF that any brochure was ever created and that my ad was...

included in anything that may have been created. CMG has continually contacted me to try to have me spend more of my advertising dollars in more of their fake advertising brochures, booklets, etc. I need proof that the ad actually was created and want proof of where it was distributed and when.Thank you.

CMG has researched the customer issue- and found that the second charge had indeed been done prior to the proper renewal date due to an account management error.Upon verifying this fact- CMG has immediately issued a refund credit on the card charged, per customer request.Also, CMG had put a hold on...

I am rejecting this response because:
They were notified and did not keep their end of the agreement that I originally agreed to with the sales Rep Danielle to forward me a proof that the add was satisfactory  before it was published...

in their best of St. Paul direct marketing flier. I contacted them to stop billing me for the ad due to the unsatisfactory quality of the ad at which time they advised me they would and then today 1/23/2017 I had a charge from their company for the ad which I had to place a ACH stop payment on with my bank.

I am rejecting this response because: I have had no response with CMG via e-mail or phone.
