I am very happy with the quality of service I got from Concierge Financial Services Anthony [redacted] (lending coordinator) was extremely helpfulHe kept me posted with updates and communicated with me during the different steps of the processI didn't feel like a targetI felt like he really wanted to help I also would like to thank John [redacted] (executive loan specialist) who was extremely patient and knowledgeable with answering the many questions I had, since it was my very first time refinancing anything before I would definitely call this company again at ease hoping to either speak with them or with the expectation that I'll be getting someone with the same amount of concern and knowledge for what I seek as these two men showed me this week

I refinanced my car loan through Concierge Financial Services and the rep lied to me telling me I had to purchase the GAP insurance in order for the bank to approve the loanWhen I got the contract it stated that GAP was not a requirement in order to approve the loanI immediately requested a refund, it's been over months and I still haven't gotten my refundDon't do business with this company, they are unethical and when I call them they refuse to help meThey have lied saying the check was mailed out but my bank still hasn't received itI ask for a status update on my check and they refuse to give me an answerAvoid this company
