I received numerous inviting offers to refinance my current auto loan from Concierge Auto Brokers and Leasing Incvia the US MailThe information said based on my current credit criteria, I qualify to refinance my auto loan for about $less a month than I am currently payingSince I was in the market to refinance my car loan I decided to apply at Concierge because they seemed to offer the best rates, services based on other offers I had received from other companies
I submitted my application online and did not get an email confirmation or anythingWithin minutes I received a phone call from someone at Concierge who asked me for additional information and said I should receive a call within a couple of days at the most
weeks later I was still waiting for that callHowever my credit had been pulled from all three bureausI emailed them asking for status and received no follow up at all I then called and left a message with my "Rep"Still no return call so I spoke to someone else there who stated that my "Rep" would be calling me back within minutes
Within a few minutes of that last call, I received this long one paragraph email explanation from the person I had just spoke with (not my Rep) that I was denied by the bank and I would be receiving a letter in the mail on the decisionweeks later, I am still waiting for that letter
1) They sent a letter informing me that I met their credit criteria for a lower rate which was falseThey also state they have hundreds of lending sources to get you that loanThey only submitted my loan to one bank from what I was toldBait and switch
2) They had no interest in dealing with me any further since my loan was not approved
3) The rep who took my call and handled my application completely wrote me offNo call, not another word from him again
Use caution if you deal with this companyThey are VERY unprofessional in how they conduct businessTo me, that is a huge RED flagI'm actually glad I didn't qualify with them

This process worked seamlessly We received a timely response and a great rate - better than we anticipated OUr rep (Michael) kept us inform along the way and called us several times with new/updated informaiton I was (at first) leary of doing this al lonline, bu tthis was a fantastic experience

Due to a low credit score rating I was given a high interest rate on my current auto loanLooking to refinance my unfavorable auto loan, (and totally coincidentally) I was mailed a loan solicitation from ConciergeI was skeptical that they could help, but I filled out the online form and awaited a return callA loan officer named Tara called me back the next day and informed that she would be working to find a lender to lower my interest rateSure thing I thoughtTo my surprise Tara found me a loan that was 10% less than my current loan (new loan is only 3.4%)All of this took less than a week and with minimal effortI am super pleased with the service and the time Tara took to find me a loanMost lenders would have looked at my average credit score and probably not have wasted their timeThank you for your help Tara!!!

I would say this was the easiest way to refinance my car

I was a little uncertain but this worked for us and we are very happy

I applied for the rate reduction program with John KingThe current balance of my auto loan is $***John quoted me a 4.24% interest rate and for a month term he said the monthly payment will be $That seemed a little high so I ran the numbers through an auto loan calculator and found out my payments at a 4.24% interest rate and month term should have been $I found out that at Concierge Financial Services they finance a $doc fee, never heard of an auto refi having a doc fee, into the loanAfter payments at 4.24% interest that doc fee ends up being $The worst part is that he would not have even brought that up if I never ran the numbers and askedAt first he said it was a $doc fee then later he stated it was a $doc feeHe then continued to add that it is illegal to waive a doc fee on a loan, I work for a commercial/consumer loan company and it definitely is not illegal to waive a doc fee or any feeMrKing's knowledge of finance was outstandingly terrible for someone working in the finance industryWhen I asked him a question he stumbled all over his words and then finished his sentence with "but we cool though"I highly recommend anyone considering a loan or refi from this company to turn and run unless you are extremely desperate
