I recently refinanced my car with Concierge Financial Services and it was a very easy process thanks to [redacted] who was the Executive Loan Specialist, she made the whole process very easy, she did all the work, all I did had to do was return the required information that she requested and the loan was approved within three daysI was able to save three and a half percent of the interest rate on my loanThank you so much for everything you did - [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] called in requesting a cancellation form be sent to him for the cancellation of a service contract he purchased during the refinance we provided him on his automobileThe form was indeed sent, received and signed by himHe is currently in the "processing" portion of the cancellationThe staff has continually addressed the process with Mr Varona, but he doesn't seem to get itSo the dispute from Mr [redacted] is that he is waiting for the form to be sent to him, but on the contrary, it was sent and signed by him

I kept getting offers in the mail to refinance my car from them and I was looking to refinance but was skeptical of random offers, so I went online and read some reviews I decided to give Concierge a shot and got a call back after just a few days with a qoute I went from paying 11% in interest to 2.74% and lowered my payment by $a month after adding gap insurance! My rep Pam was fantastic and the process was super easy! Singed everything online with electronic signatures and one trip to the post office with my title and we were all good to go! They got me a lower rate than my credit union offered on top of everything!! I would highly recommend doing business with Concierge!

Me and my husband were highly impressed by how fast our account was handled. Our broker Pete [redacted] was very patient and helpful and answered all our questions. Our credit was not the best but despite that he was able to find us a credit union who was willing to finance us and our APR went from 22.39% to 8.99% , giving us a savings of over $10,000. We just recently got married and this savings will allow us to take that honeymoon we weren't able to afford.

I worked with Tara, she was really professionalI have never refinanced anything so I am a little skeptical of some things but we will have to see in the end how it turns out once I receive my paperworkI'm not well versed in this so I have to take what they say and believe it, but I got a significantly lower interest rate which is what I was going for in the first placeI did refinance through a local credit union which I am gratefulShe did call and answer my questions as wellIm only paying $less a month though unlike advertised in the mailing, which I was disappointed about but I guessOverall it was alright
