Tara [redacted] the loan specialist that worked with me, was simply amazing. She worked with me until we found the best solution for me, which was a pleasant surprise.

I am so pleased with the customer service and care that Anthony [redacted] has given. He was on top of the whole process and the kindness he showed to my husband and me was a step above what I think was required of him.

Mr [redacted] called in requesting a cancellation form be sent to him for the cancellation of a service contract he purchased during the refinance we provided him on his automobile. The form was indeed sent, received and signed by him. He is currently in the "processing" portion of the cancellation. The...

staff has continually addressed the process with Mr Varona, but he doesn't seem to get it. So the dispute from Mr [redacted] is that he is waiting for the form to be sent to him, but on the contrary, it was sent and signed by him.

I was receiving mail from this company for quite some time,something told me one day to call this number and I'm glad I did. I had a interest rate of 16.99% CFS got me down too 2.99% saving me time and money I'll suggest these guys to everyone trying to get a lower rate, John and Tommy will make sure your well taken care of -Anthony

I would recommend Concierge Financial Services to anyone looking to finance their vehicle. My Executive Loan Specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in constant communication until the re-finance of the vehicle was complete. She was excellent to work with and I would definitely do business with Concierge in the future.

I kept getting offers in the mail to refinance my car from them and I was looking to refinance but was skeptical of random offers, so I went online and read some reviews. I decided to give Concierge a shot and got a call back after just a few days with a qoute. I went from paying 11% in interest to 2.74% and lowered my payment by $40 a month after adding gap insurance! My rep Pam was fantastic and the process was super easy! Singed everything online with electronic signatures and one trip to the post office with my title and we were all good to go! They got me a lower rate than my credit union offered on top of everything!!
