I am rejecting this response because:We just spoke with the bank moments ago and they do not have an account for *** ***They claim they have never received any paper work or contract from Toyota regarding ***'s purchaseShe spoke directly with the division that deals with auto loans and the person from the bank searched for her account times over and could not not find any information.

We brought car to *** *** in South BrunswickRegarding the hissing/wind noise, service department at *** *** could confirm the hissing noiseThe noise is coming from the dashboard areaThis is what inspection report says: "On further inspection found driver side a-pillar bent, was repaired with filler and also found damage to driver side door."Dayton Toyota said they cannot fix this issue because DCH has certified this car.We bought this car as certifiedAfter we bought the car we had noticed this noise from day number oneI even have service order at DCH with this complaintBut service department at DCH has denied about this noise and in latest incident service department at DCH even refused to look into it. I am not sure if this car can be considered certifiedI was not provided certification at the time of sales even upon request. If the car has been damaged by an accident before it was sold as certified car, we were not told about the accident.DCH should clarify why service department refused to look into this issue all this time and also provide facts which had not been disclosed

I am rejecting this response because: I am only rejecting the response because you haven't told me if you are going to take care of the problem or notI do not expect you guys to paint the whole car, the paint is chipping on the trunk, roof , and parts of the hoodThe service manager there took pictures of the car and the parts that are chipping

complaining about this part of your car being faulty and we never attempted to repair it until you brought it in on October 11th You have had the car since 3/04/and brought it in for service five times 06/07/14-5k oil service, 09/05/14-10k service, 12/16/2014-15k oil service, 04/04/15-20k oil service, 10/24/oil serviceNever once in the two and a half years since you purchased this car have you brought it in and complained that your power locks on your passenger side do not workWhen our technician inspected your car they found the door seal had been opened and the actuator was disconnected. The original estimate that you signed was $I would be happy to help and reduce the bill to $I'm aware that you verbally abused my employees and used swear words in front of other customersI'm not happy about that and I wish you would please treat everyone with respect and do not "name call"We are very easy to deal with and are happy to help our customers resolve issuesWe treat our customers with respect and we expect the same from our customers. I am rejecting this response because:1- After the treatment I have got from the DCH dealer, I couldn't go back and go through another bad experience for misleading, you guys could have charged me a fortune if for some reasons get back to you again, I don't want even drive by your location.2- I provide a bill or receipt from a different mechanic shop where I went to for finishing up your job, and he is able & willing to give a full report if it is needed.3- Where is the old shifting cable you had replaced, nobody give me nothing or show it to me ?4- I paid you the cost, but I never agreed to what is on the bill, I never signed anything to grant your work at all, I only had to pay you and take my car

*** *** I'm sorry you are having difficulty getting your credit on the warranty cancellationI spoke to Joe this morningHe faxed your information over
to Toyota on December 28th when your returned the cancellation request (you signed and dated it on December 28th)We called Toyota FS this morning to find out why it was not processed and they could not find the faxWe proved to them that it was sent in December as requested as we had the fax receipt confirming it did go throughToyota assured us it will be completely refunded on Thursday of this week and they would use the December 28th date that you signed for as the cancellation dateYour payments will not changeWhen a refund is processed the balance comes off of the loan amountThis is the policy with finance banks and has always been the policyThis is not something the dealership can controlWhen Joe submitted the refund he assumed it was taken care ofWe do not get notification from Toyota Financial that a refund is processed and since he did not hear from you until now he thought it was taken care ofI told him next time he should call to follow up with the customer to make sure they received the refundI'm sorry that Peter commented on the low survey score you gave himI spoke to him about it today and he said he was shocked that you gave him low marks after you discussed surveys with him in your business and you told him everything was greatI guess when you tell someone that they will get great marks and then do the opposite it was a little shocking to Peter as he lost his bonus over your surveyHe should not be discussing this with you and I let him know that even though he is sore over your survey he should not revisit that situation with youAs far as your name callingI think you should think before you make a comment like "they are all liars"Your household purchased cars from this location so I'm sure you would not continue to buy from "liars"We have one of the best online ratings and Toyota CSI ratings in the New York regionWe did not achieve these high marks by lies we earned them from our customers.I will follow up with Toyota on Thursday to make sure they do process the refundIf you have any other issues that I can assist with you can call me at *** or email me at ***

I appreciate your help with this matter, I am willing to bring the vehicle in to you and get a loaner vehicle while you inspect the carHowever I have never see road debris like this on any vehicle ever before, I have had many different cars over the past years, they never chipped like this, also road debris would not be on the trunk of the car, I could understand if it was tiny chips on the hood, winshield, or even the roof of the car, but it is large chunks of paint chipping and it is also on the trunkAlso if it was road debris why is there no chips at all on my winshield or any glass on the car at all

Work performed on this customers vehicle was to repair an oil consumption issue which involves rebuilding the lower half of the engine replacing the piston rings, pistons, rod bearings and some other componentsIt was also recommended and approved to rebuild the upper half of the engine, this
involves removing the intake and exhaust valves, cleaning all valve surfaces and replacing valve sealsTo complete this work we do have to disconnect the exhaust pipe, this explains the new boltsThe exhaust pipe and other exhaust components are not removed from the vehicle, just nuts and bolts are removedThe noise the customer is complaining about is from the exhaust resonator, an interior portion of the exhaust that is not accessibleWe could not damage this even intentionally since there is no access to inside the pipeThe initial price the customer was quoted was accurate at the time, however there was a price change that was extended to the customerI am not aware of the new pricing existing for the length of time the customer is referencingWe realize the customer has spent a substantial amount of money with us and our offer to the customer is we will replace the part with no labor charges. I am rejecting this response because: First, Toyota NA did not inspect my car. The local dealership inspected my car using their dealership mechanics. As proof, pictures were shown to them as to the navigation failing. It even failed when I brought the car in and they saw it with their own eyes. Freehold Toyota's tech told his service manager to replace the navigation unit. I did not. Since the new unit was replaced, it is worse. Now it not only loses contacts as before, but it reboots itself. The car was purchased at another dealership but both dealerships are owned by DCH--one in Freehold and one in New Brunswick. Even though I did not get the car in Freehold, any Toyota dealership can service their Toyotas that are under warranty. Apple did do diagnostics on my phone several times and there is nothing wrong with my phone. The problem is intermittent which means occurring at irregular intervals not continuous or steadyI even spoke to Entunes which runs the software for the navigation system and they know of such problems and the representative told me that it is the 'head' and it should be replaced and it is not the phone. Let Toyota or Revdex.com call Entunes and verify the problem

*** purchased a car from Freehold Toyota on 7/4/DCH Freehold Toyota arranged financing with ** *** for her auto loanHer contracts were send by *** ** on 7/6/to ** *** DCH Freehold Toyota has been funded on this contract and that tells us that the bank received our packageI just had a
call from ** *** confirming that they have the contract and everything is fineThe first payment is not due until August 18th (days from delivery)They said you should receive your first payment bill any day nowNone of this can or will affect ***s credit rating as she did not receive the payment from the bank yetDCH Freehold Toyota got all of the required documents to the bank on time with zero issues

Toyota North America has inspected your car multiple times and found no faultYour radio head unit was replaced because you insisted on Toyota replacing it even after they told you that there was nothing wrong with the unit (This was a one time good will gesture from Toyota
North America)Toyota North America made the choice to decline your second request not the dealershipDCH Freehold Toyota does not control the manufacturer and cannot make them replace it for youI suggest you return to where you purchased this car and speak to their service departmentThis car was not sold by DCH Freehold ToyotaWe replaced the unit with a brand new one from Toyota and have the documents to prove that and the serial number was provided to youEvery other phone that was tested on your car workedYou should have your phone replaced and then try it with your carJust because Apple told you they ran diagnostics on you phone it does not mean your phone is not the problemOther iPhones worked fine on your carThere is nothing else DCH Freehold Toyota can do as we have involved Toyota North America and had your car inspected by them and they are the final word
