I am rejecting this response because:
What a pack of liars we have here? Can you put Ludwick, his boss (who said the part price changed in the last 1 hr) and Tom (the technician) in your office and I will stop by, can all of them say they haven't lied to me that they never touched this part? Just to escape from their responsibility, all of them conveniently lied to me. And when I brought up the new bolts and nuts part, you are changing your stand.Coming to your claim "The noise the customer is complaining about is from the exhaust resonator, an interior portion of the exhaust that is not accessible. We could not damage this even intentionally since there is no access to inside the pipe.", does it even make sense to you? Let me give you an example. You dropped a camera and outside body is perfectly fine but internal mirror is broken. Can you say "I never had access to the mirror so I could not damage it even intentionally"? The technician could have mis-handled the pipe and the internal part could have broken. You haven't answered to my question about the part (Tensioner Belt Assy) you guys said is broken. What is the guarantee that you didn't break it and charging me for your mistake? I said yes to fix it without even thinking you guys can fabricate things like this. I trusted you for my service needs and yOu did everything to break that trust.This proves that all your advertisements about the Toyota-trained technicians, complete peace of mind to the customer is complete trash talk. You are just another shady business out there.

The business response is being rejected because:I am rejecting this response because again, [redacted] is repeating things that I already have heard. I filed the complaint because I am not satisfied with their previous responses, which is still the case. They have still refused to acknowledge a number of things. 1. For their magnesium chloride argument to be valid, the garage floor not the driveway or the sidewalk would be falling apart. I have also swept an entire pile of concrete off the driveway that has deteriorated (picture attached) and if this was a factor, then the entire city of Spokane would constantly be having this same issue with the top layer of their concrete flaking off and needing replacement. 2. The binder that was given to my wife during the walk through does contain a piece of paper that says not to use de-icer. It also contains a piece of paper that says it is safe to use if used correctly. So the information we were given contradicts itself, which is why we deemed it was safe to use a product that is safe on concrete. 3. The FAQ for the product says that as long as the concrete is more than a year old, the product is safe to use per its specifications. I used the product to its specifications, and the concrete was over a year old at the time of use. As a further measure, I took more time out of my day to call the company of the product and talked to them and they said that their product would not cause the damage we are seeing and it is a defect of the concrete. 4. The temperature they claimed they poured it during was not the actual temperature that day in my zip code according to record. 5. Two concrete professionals, that are independent of [redacted]’s payroll assessed our damage and determined that the concrete was defective and poured in too low of temperatures which resulted in the damage we are seeing. They said that sometimes, after years of application, de-ice products can cause little craters in concrete but would not cause the damage we are seeing with the concrete decomposing before our eyes. 6. I used this product once in December, did not use it again per their request, and the concrete is still deteriorating and breaks with the touch of a fingertip. The top layer of concrete is gone for most of my driveway now and the rocky layer underneath is now exposed and an eye sore.I trust the opinion of the two independent representatives as they were both the same opinion. I have also had real estate professionals that are very familiar with homes in and around Spokane and they said that they have lived here for decades, and always used de-ice products as well as their clients and they have never seen the concrete damage that we have. So if it was the de-ice product – why is this not a widespread issue in Spokane? Because it wasn’t the de-ice product, it was the concrete. I will not be accepting any responses less than my driveway and sidewalk being completely ripped out and replaced with an appropriate mix of concrete, during appropriate temperatures, and the work being completed on the weekend as I cannot continue to take time away from my job for this issue since I have already had to do so for multiple independent assessments, emails, and phone calls. Or being compensated the amount of the estimate I received to hire an independent professional of my choice to do so.

We have just become new homeowners of a Condron Home. From the first moment we opened the door of the spec home that was available, we knew that was the house for us. After looking at many homes, some new, some older, we knew this Condron home was different. The quality stood out immediately. The woodwork is gorgeous, the kitchen cabinets solid and beautiful. Their choices of countertops, tile and flooring are lovely and quality as well. It looks as though this was a custom home for someone. They don't scrimp on anything. The neighborhoods are lovely and well maintained. But most of all the people you work with are quality home builders. From [redacted], the owner, to [redacted] the project supervisor and [redacted] the Superintendent, all play a part in making you happy with your home purchase. We had them finish the basement for us, each person who worked on the rooms was very respectful and friendly. They are a big family working together to make your home buying experience a great one. I highly recommend this company and these beautiful homes.

I can't say enough good things about Condron Homes. All the personnel, including front office, sub-contractors, and employees were an absolute pleasure to work with.
All were very professional and eager to please. Designing and building a home with them was an extremely enjoyable experience. They all take pride in not only their work but also their customer service. I was very impressed from start to finish. The quality and pride of workmanship shows throughout. The company was overly fair and willing to go beyond what they needed to do. I have shared my positive feelings and opinions with others and will continue to do so. I am a happy home owner ! It was so much fun I'm ready to do it again.

Absolutely outstanding experience. Condron homes built our final home. Total pros at Condron. If you are looking to build you'd be crazy not to contact Condron. Even a custom like ours was no big deal with Condron. Finished ahead of schedule and finished right! Wonderful folks. Couldn't be happier.

I found a home built by [redacted] Condron and it was nothing except a phenomenal experience. I had previously been in real estate for 17 years and have never experienced a builder with such great follow through, honesty and integrity. When I asked a question, they obtained the answer within one day's time. When I submitted a change, they completed it before the completion date. I was not able to be present at walk through, but [redacted] even noticed items that I had not noticed and fixed them. My purchase was a delightful experience with Condron Homes!
