We were assigned Elena D. to our case, and I was so happy with everything about her, she was personable, eased my nerves, easy to talk to when going through something so difficult, and her get it done attitude. Elena went above and beyond you have no idea!! Lol I always fel much calmer after or phone calls, I knew that she was truly interested in helping us,, it's not just her job, she cares!!! I would highly recommend Elena and this company!

It took me many months to put my pride aside and admit that I was in trouble. I was so fortunate to have Rajvinder K as my account manager, she was professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic. During this process, I unfortunately lost my husband to cancer, which added much stress onto a situation due to unforeseen circumstances, however, Rajvinder was there for me every step of the way, even taking time out of her busy schedule to call me once a week to see how I was holding up. I don't know what I would've done without her. I am finally in control of my debt thanks to her professionalism, but I will forever be in her debt for making me feel positive about a negative situation that I myself got into...She was my Angel and would highly recommend her to be on your side of the table in a moment like this...my hat is off to you Rajvinder and with tears streaming down my face, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me.

Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada Ltd helped me through a very trying time in my life. The expertise, kindness and caring of a troublesome client such as I was key in the satisfaction to me. The employee handling my case made sure I understood all matters involving it in a timely manner and proficiently. I found that they have really awesome people working for them. They are very knowledgeable and could answer my questions when asked and very understanding. They definitely eased my worries and made me feel secure. This is the first time I have ever went throu something like this and would definitely recommend them for sure.

I recently had opportunity to seek the services of Consumer debtor protection of Canada Ltd. I found the personnel there to be courteous and knowledgeable. I found them also to be prompt in their dealings and very patient. Overall it was a pleasant experience of a situation I was a bit ashamed of being in. Thank you.

My experience was very positive. The person in charge of my file was mr Sanden C. and he was very respectful and always ready answer my questions and to give me information I need.

Everything was made with professionalism if I can use this word.

Even if we had a little language barrier, He Always verifie if I wellunderstood what he said to me.

Extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process from start to finish. If I had any concerns then a simple email or call was all it took. Rajvinder was extremely polite and understanding and followed up every call or detail....extremely reassuring when you are in a bind or worried. I had reservations for sure when I decided to go ahead, but they were shortlived.

Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada is wonderful it help me with my debt in a time of need I would recommend this to anyone who is in a money situation that is ruining thier life.
