Sanden C. who handles my case is very helpful. He makes sure everything is in propoer place. He explains well of everything and very prompt and quick of any queries.

Excellent service, Too the Point. Polite at all times. understanding. Explains there limitations, Weekly phone calls. and always up to date information.

I first contacted the CDPCL website on Apr 18, 2016 and registered to find out more about their different programs. I found their advertisement on [redacted] and then searched the Internet and Revdex.com to make sure the company was legitimate.

Shantal S. contacted me that day. She was very know legalese and explained the programs. We started the process and I submitted all the documentation to her. She kept in contact with me every few days and kept me up tp date on how the process was going. She continued to contact me throughout the process.

I was then contacted by Andrea W. on Apr 21, 2016 and we completed the orientation. I was given an Account number and access to the Web portal to upload all the documentation that was required for my case and fill out my budget. She contacted me a few more times to review my information. I was then passed on to Burnette K. on Apr 21, 2016,who is my current consultant.

Burnette is excellent. She arranged for me to see my Trustee at [redacted] and contacted me several times along the way to keep me apprised of my case.

I met with [redacted] Trustee reviewed the legal documents and signed them May 20, 2016. There is a 45 day waiting period to see if my creditors will accept the proposal. Burnadette contacted me that evening to check how things went. She is going to contact me next week again


I am very impressed with how quickly and smoothly this process has gone. The people at CDPCL are very personable and experienced. They made this process an enjoyable experience. My stress level has gone down and I feel a weight has been lifted off of me.

I highly recommend this company. They have made me feel less guilty for getting myself into this situation. I can start over and learn to budget the my money and learn how not to get myself in this situation again.

CDPC was a decent company. I mean their staff was actually really awesome!. They were very helpful, kind, sympathetic and non-judgemental, They went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and aware of the steps and what was going on during the process.

They were a tad expensive, (I paid $1500). Especially, seeing as the y really only showed me onto another company, [redacted] & [redacted]. The reason was because they were only able to do an informal proposal to creditors. I needed [redacted] & [redacted] to make the formal, legal-binding proposal.

All in all, the customer service experie nce there was great! My liasion, Raj, did a really good job and thank him for that. However, at the end of the day, I would recommend people call [redacted] & [redacted] directly and skip the $1500 fee.

I am currently on going a consumer proposal. Still incomplete at this time but so far the staff at CDPC has been very helpful and has made me feel that this is indeed possible. That I may have a way of reducing my debt and that there is someone to help me achieve this goal.

I will again update you when I have completed this process as my experience is not yet complete at this time.

I got myself into some trouble with credit cards..Needing to start my life over and rebuilding I used my credit cards a bit much and found myself in deep debt and was slowly being swallowed with interest charges and minimum payments.
I seen the add for CDPCL on my [redacted] page and clicked into it and read about them. I didn't contact them as I figured these debts are of my doing and I will just try and make the best of them.
As time went on my life was getting harder and harder to make ends meet and keep up with everything. Family and friends encouraged me to call them.
I did, was very nervous and didn't know what to expect as I've never done this before. From start to finish they were an amazing company. They worked hard to help me through this without judgement or false hopes. Even with our time difference they worked it out so that they would call me when convienient for me.
