My experience was positive, everything was well explained. Meetings were always worked around my schedule. Everyone I worked with was kind and respectful.

I found that this company was very helpful and understanding. If I ever had a question or didn't understand something they would always be there to help. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs help to get out of debt.

We were drowning in credit card debt, and had bad credit because of it and were desperate to find a way to get rid of the debt and saw the ad for CDPCL. We took a leap of faith and called them.

They explained the entire process for us, made us feel at ease. It was not that we wanted to shirk our debts, but with interest piling up, we saw no other way out. Being middle age, we were not in the position to take up any extra work to make money.

We had to do some work on our part, which is only fair as it was our own debt, but Liane, our representative walked us thru this process, making it much easier on us. I had read both positive and negative comments on CDPCL, but I have to say our experience was actually a pleasure.

They took the cloud from over our heads and pushed it away so we could concentrate on things that were important to us. Yes, you do have to pay a bit of money up front, but they took the hard work out of doing this directly with a Consumer Proposal trustee who are not as nice, and can be a bit cold. They prepared everything and submitted it to the trustee and we signed papers for the proposal. It was well worth the fee.

Every time we had a question, or needed information or got a harassing phone call, court threats and letters, Liane was quick to respond to us and help us. Mostly by calming us down than anything but it was reassuring to know she was in our corner and there to help us.

If you are drowning in debt, and cannot see the light, definately check out CDPCL before you do anything else. We are now able to breath and can see a light at the end of the tunnel....

I mostly want to tell the Public, what a great Company Cousmer Debtor Protection of Canada is. I had been wallowing and stressing about my debt for several months without and end in sight. I accidently landed on this Company's web site, and right from the very start the People at CDPCL. were a pleaseure to work with, especially; Rajvinder K., who was my Personal Accounts Manager. I had know problems dealing with this company when ever I had a problem with any creditors they were on it and very helpful. Any questions I had they would get back to me right away within a few hours. I live in B.C and the are out of Ontario and there response was very quick. I would recommend them to anyone they helped me allot!

I couldn't see any solution to my financial problem until I ran across an ad on line for Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada Limited. I was still a bit leery after the initial contact but as time went bye I felt more at ease. I finished signing the paperwork today and now it's in the hands of my creditors. If the proposal is accepted it will mean a saving of nearly $35000.00. If it's not accepted it's back to square 1 nearly. Very happy with the progress so far.
