Hi there! I just wanted to write a review about my experience with CDPCL! I was really stressed out and worried about my debts which became really unmanageable due to unfortunate life circumstances. It all started with 1 phone call to CDPCL which then led to 3 steps.... The first person I spoke to was Nadia. This was the first step. She had me submit my basic finances and income over the phone. Once that was done I was put on hold briefly for a few minutes so she can crunch the numbers. When she came back, she told me how much she could help me! I was shocked, excited and I could barely stand on my own feet! She happily gave me instructions as to what was to happen next. The second step was speaking directly with David. David instructed me on which exact paperwork and documentation about my debts I was to submit via the secure online portal with CDPCL. Upon submission, David helped organize my consumer proposal perfectly! Then I was ready for step three which was speaking with Bernadett Kallai. I was treated like family by Bernadett, I felt cared for by her and developed a trust with her immediately. Bernadett was polite, helpful, kind, respectful and most important, she was very trustworthy and when going through something like this, that is exactly what you need. She guided me all the way through my consumer proposal, made sure everything was looked after, stayed in touch during the submission of my proposal, and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Bernadett is, by far, the Best customer service person I had ever dealt with!
My consumer proposal was accepted 45 days after it being submitted and I couldn't be happier!!
I had a very large debt which was reduced so much I couldn't believe it! I can now work towards paying back my debt, and most importantly, I can enjoy my life again! Thank you CDPCL! And Thank You so very very much Bernadett K.! I appreciate everything you have done to help me!

The CDPC has been a pleasure to work with. They answered my initial email inquiry within the hour and were very knowledgeable and non judgmental. Before I committed to work with this company (and give them my money), I've done research online about these types of businesses, ie. consumer help with debt reduction. The fact that they are part of the Revdex.com was good enough for me and I felt that if anything went wrong I could turn to Revdex.com to help. I've dealt with a number of people at CDPC so far. They were very patient with me as they guided me thru the initial application and made sure I've gathered and submitted all the documents required. After the meeting with my administrator, who was first and foremost concerned with making sure I understood all that was involved, including what all the papers I was signing were about, I feel much more at ease about my debt not being this big, black cloud hanging over my every day life. Thank you CDPC for employing such knowledgeable and respectful staff who above all else showed me respect and treated me like a person who needs help.

My experience with CDPCL, was that of a positive one. The women I dealt with (both Elena D. & Cagla B.) were kind, empathetic, professional, and constantly looked out for the best interest of myself and my family. They had optimal clear communication, and promptly assisted me whenever required. They made a very foreign experience, as comfortable as possible. Making sure I understood each part of the process thoroughly. They made it as quick and painless as possible. Even though I now know I could have filed for a Consumer Proposal on my own, if I had to do it all over again, I would still go through CDPCL.

I highly recommend dealing with CDPC, if you are not educated enough to start a Consumer Proposal on your own. They took me through a step by step process that was informative and concise. Dealing with one representative throughout the whole process was very helpful. She was informative and empathetic to my situation.
