Helpful, informative, positive. Easy to communicate with, calls and emails were always returned promptly. They were able to secure a much more manageable debt load with my creditors.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with THE best customer service representative! As someone who works in a similar field customer service, Jamaal J. had to of been the most patient, yet informative representative I've spoken with across the board (of any customer service rep I've spoken to at any company). Initially when I called I was honestly calling to just inquiry and see what this whole thing was about. In the beginning speaking with Jamaal I was unsure and ify about going this route to help my debt situation but Jamaal got me with his warm humor and charming personality. He was even able to draw my mother to see if this program would help her and she wasn't on the phone!! He was so informative and helpful and made me excited and hopeful of seeing a way out of my debt.You don't find many customer service agents who through the phone sounded like they have a passion and excitement for their job. Due to my experience today I will recommend this program to everyone I know!
